All I'm going to say is they didn't lose their QB. Losing your star QB is like losing 5 players on offense.
The QB affects the game that much. Especially when your team isn't playing great D at the moment.

Exactly. Everyone wants to make everything must win because people want room for error. Fact is if they lose they'd still be only 2 games out of first. It's not a must win until teams start winning and no one is right now.

I don't like the term must win because if we lose does it mean we give up the season? However, I believe it is a game that losing would hurt far more than a win helps.

This. Eli is a bonehead, but when he's on he's on and tough to stop. The Giants will have the advantage because their best player is playing and the Cowboys best player isn't. Not saying that we can't win, but it's an uphill climb without #9.

Pretty much my thoughts too... but I still think we just need to beat the Bucs to be ok. I don't think we can beat even a mediocre team without Dez. And if we can't grab at least one Eli duck we will just have to face that this is a turnover-challenged team.

As always I tune in to be entertained. If I have to watch another week of crappy offense I will be disappointed for sure. Just play well and look like a team is all I ask, and not like watching PS.

This week is exciting with our first watch of Cassel and hopefully a lot of Cmike. Our WR's still suck so that will be a challenge, but if the Texans can win an NFL game with there crappy QB's we can win one with Cassel!

I don't think we would've been able to recover a Giants loss if they beat the Eagles (they'd be 5-2, we'd be 2-4, and we'd lose the tie-breaker edge). I'm just looking at the bigger picture. It usually takes 10 wins to make the playoffs. Sometimes 10 isn't enough. I believe once 11 wasn't enough (NE when Cassell started). You can often get in with 9 wins depending on the state of the division. Occasionally 8 wins. Very unlikely 7 wins. The point is, I'm looking at the big picture. We have 4 more (maybe 5) games without Romo and then 7 (maybe 6 games with Romo). We also have some very tough games when Romo comes back (Packers, Panthers, Jets, maybe Bills, twice against division rival Skins). 2 wins with Cassell and 5 with Romo makes us 9-7. We can't go 0-7 without Romo and expect to go 9-0 with Romo. We need some security. You have to win some of these games or it'll come back to bite you later. Beating NY is very critical.

This could be the most important game of the regular season !!! Dallas needs to win for the division race, and needs the win for their confidence even more !!!!!
