The thing about Seattle is that their (lack of) offense will keep you in the game. So, that's a good thing for us. The bad thing is that their defense can make QBs who aren't very good look REALLY bad.
If we had Romo, I'd be pretty confident in that Seattle game. Without him though? I dunno.
I have no idea what to expect this week. None. I am hoping we get a W, and get some momentum and have a chance to at least get a few more before Romo returns..
But , to be as objective as I possibly can be; which is really hard for me, cuz i love me some cowboys.
Im looking at this team and it smells of desperation. They are a desperate team; They needed a miracle for one of the Ws they have, And they havent looked all that great 5 games into the season. They look exactly like those dreaded 8-8 teams and I feel like thats what we have gone back to.
There is hope in Hardy Mcclain Gregory; Romo and Dez. all coming back... But when will that hope be realized?
Probably too late. I think we lose this one and the next 2-3 . And that will be that. Then run off 6 striaght wins and go into the offseason feeling good about.............................................next season.
The goal , for me at least, is the Super Bowl. But, the franchise is doing well financially, the NFL has no complaints....it all makes for "good feelings" for other fan bases around the league to see the Cowboys "out of it". There is no real reason to change things.
Even some Cowboys fans go ahead and accept it all. In fact most of them do. I get it. Im buying tickets and merchandise to. Watching the games.....
its been a little bit of a rough patch...................for the last 20 odd years! Super Bowl is reserved for the other franchises....
I will panic if and when we lose 7 games..
get ready to be disappointed I don't trust the team coaches or fo.
Lol... No.... Because the fate of humanity is a concern to a big foot lolol
Valuable food source.
I don't like the term must win because if we lose does it mean we give up the season?
they have to be able to run the ball and score points if they don't do that they lose just like the last three
The D Line is the key to this game. Get to Eli early and often.Have him running scared the entire game.
The Cowboys have had a lot of trouble getting to Eli throughout his career they've only sacked him 3 times in his last 109 passing attempts. It's allowing him to get comfortable in the pocket that's hurt the Cowboys in some big games against the Giants. If we want to have any chance of forcing him into some turnovers the defense has to get pressure on him or he'll have a big day.
Of course the Cowboys have never had the Kraken rushing him before. Their O line was better when we had Ware. It's still in re-build mode right now.
