Oh boy. He will always have to be paired with a big, physical back because he isn't one, hence your observation about Cobb and Davis. Will never be able to get tough, dirty yards when isn't blocked well or when D's stack he box. Like Felix he can't break tackles. Would be horrible in short yardage, goal line, trying to grind it out at end of game, or playing in the road in north east in December.

Is that a deficiency? You can say that was Murrays dificiency cant you? He had to be paired with a faster back because he wouldnt be right for the 3rd and longs. Thats not deficiency thats just what teams do. They have 1 RB who is faster then the other and one that is bigger and stronger then the other. How do you know he wont be able to run in a stacked box? Did he do that regularly this yr? NO but when he did he seemed to do just fine. And broke a couple to the house because of the OL. Same as Murray did. Randle broke. The thing that i look at is his production. In 55 touches this yr he had 5 TDs. You can look at his size all you want. Look at how he runs from his rookie yr to this yr. Its like night and day. I laugh when people say a player cant do this or that when they havent been given a chance to. And heres the kicker that will quiet this Randle cant carry the load conversation. Nobody on this forum or in the Cowboys organization or media have ever said Randle would be the work horse Murray is. The way the Cowboys are acting, it seems like they dont want a workhorse. But what i have heard was team Randle up with a big back like Cobb and have the 1-2 punch. So i really have no idea what you are trying to argue or have been trying to argue. Randle touching the ball 12-18 times a game would be a good thing for this team. a bigger back like Cobb getting 12-15 touches a game would also be a good thing and would keep the Cowboys in a balanced offense like this yr and keep defenses tired with the run game.
