Oh my goodness I just looked at it, its the same damn play from week 1 and from the game in 2014. Beasley has been open all 3 times for a td....or in week 1's case a huge play which would have gotten us into field goal range.

The giants safeties blow it everytime. The game in 14 it was the identical situation we were at the 50 and it was right before the half, Romo was pressured stepped up and tried to heave it and got the ball knocked loose.

Amazing that it keeps happening and they haven't hit it. Fingers crossed they hit in the playoffs.

I will post pictures later of all the play in all 3 games.

So Tony saw it and tried to hit it.

Dak hasnt seen it...twice

HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Romo's still on the team & we still have quite a few games to go to see if he stays on the sideline if Dak has a few more bad games that he can't overcome to get a win.
Thanks for your opinion. Unfortunately, Garrett doesn't share said opinion.

Hopefully Spag doesn't see this post..

Intrestingly enough it happened to Spags this year twice and in 14 it was the other coordinator who now coaches the secondary in washington, I forget his name. He was supposed to be the next big thing and then the giants defense crumbled and they havent made the playoffs since.

no idea if Dak saw it, just know he hasn't thrown it. He was under pressure in both games and probably unsure of what he was looking at because of the way NY played.

Oh, please! Film might not lie but snapshots can. Some of these pictures he actually DOES throw to the circled receiver. On some pics Dak is looking the other way ... or rolling away ... or would require throwing back across the field. Some show a receivers temporarily open as he runs from one defender to another. Your pictures do so that if we had run more stop routes or curls would may have had more success. Just don't use these pictures to judge Dak. Watch the film.

That would be when his glaring inaccuracy came in. He kept on throwing off one leg, with his legs together and those horrid jump throws all game long. His mechanics were crap.

Lol! Neither do I.... The only difference is you have to go back and review. I saw it Sunday night. Dont kid yourself. Me posting Sturm was simply letting all of the "just wait for the all 22" ppl know my eyes are indeed good.

Exactly that's why coaches don't spend hours every week grading players with all 22 because they saw it all on game day.

Some of those circled receivers are not open, which would become apparent as soon as the ball was headed their way, and the guys on the backside when he's being forced to roll the other direction bring football acumen (of the circler) into question.

Did Dak make some mistakes? I think we all know that. But I don't think half-assed analysis to tear the kid down for having the audacity to let an eleven game losing streak end accomplishes anything positive. Guess what? None of us were entitled to never see the Cowboys lose again. Put the big boy pants on and deal with a loss without ripping players you loved not so long ago.

As for Romo? No one here knows what he is now. We know what he was two years ago. If the team decides to play him, cool. If they don't that's cool too.

Exactly. Dak has proven he is the future but anyone that thinks he is better than Romo right now is insane

I am very pro Romo but we honestly have no idea what Romo is right now.

I think Tony is probably a better player right now than Dak but the time for all of this has passed. It's Daks team now for better or for worse.

In all seriousness I think Dak struggled big time sunday but I credit the Giants defense first. They challenged Dallas mentally and physically in both games and won the battle both times.
I dunno. If Dak hits on half the plays I posted -- on plays a professional QB is supposed to hit -- we're likely up 21-3 in the 4th quarter and the game is out of hand. If he hits on those, the defense is not on the field as long, the running game opens up more, and we start running away with the game.

As I said in another thread, I didn't pay attention to Dak's mechanics. I was watching the receivers. There's a reason why Belichick will watch the same play 20 times. It takes that much to pick up everything there is to see.

I understand I just feel like that was a real challenge sunday and he didn't look comfortable in the cold weather. I think that is a good group in NY and it was just a really big challenge for him.

I think he and the rest of the offense bounce back against Tampa. Although good I do not think Tampa and mike smith bring to the table what the giants do. They are better at linebacker though.

It was the final play before the field goal attempt to end the first half.

Yep, he was wide open. He missed Butler another time wide open. He missed Beasley crossing the middle. He was too late throwing on the deep int and threw Dez into the defenders.

He also made some solid reads and good throws.

Dak has struggled with poor mechanics all season this is well documented. Nothing new.

Well, on at least four of the plays you post, he does hit one of the receivers you circled. I'd have to go back and look at the film to see about the other six.

I believe the point of the pictures is to show what Dak didn't see.

But he did see at least four of them and completed a pass to them. On one he saw the open receiver and just miss fired. On a few others the circled players are not open. These pictures do not provide much support at all for saying Dak missed open receivers.
