Thanks, I'm in the top 5 in the school. I played in the 7th grade, but I drew the line when the coaches started hitting us with their go-carts. See, I was obese, asthmatic, and I couldn't run. Thank god a summer in the ghettos of India fixed the obesity part for me

Akin Ayodele
He fits the bill he's a big LB that we now prefer. He used to be a DE and has some Pass Rush skills. Bentley and Hutchinson are likely franchised leaving us a whole lot of crap as OL free agents. Ayodele addresses a big need and allows us to fill other holes in the draft.

I'm a little shocked nobody has said Reggie Wayne yet either, he would be another lethal weapon for Bledstud to pick from. But then again he's likely not going anywhere but Indy....

Well my opinion and expertise is always going to be offered Hostile, even if it's not always asked for. Now it don't make much sense to want to pursue another franchise QB when we already have one does it? John Kitna? Give me a break! Drew Brees? What has he done of note during his career except choke in a home playoff game? LT is the reason Brees is even remotely attractive in the free agent market, without a running game he would have no doubt been mediorce at best like most QB's in this league. He don't have the superstar potential to lead a team without a running game, star receivers, or offensive line like Bledstud can.

Also Tony Romo has a great chance at being the QB of the future when Drew retires in 3 or 4 years. Tony will benefit greatly from watching Bledstud do his thing on the football field.

Unfortunately though for this OTHER Drew currently on the roster, I'm a bit disturbed that you want to see him as the QB on this team. Apparantly you must want to be mired in the NFC East cellar because Henson is too raw, and it's debatle if he's ever going to develop into even a back up calibur QB.

Make no mistake about it.....Henson is fighting for his career in NFL Europe. Time to see what he's made of once and for all!

No that dubious distinction is more befitting for Peerless Price, but I think Wayne is the real deal. It would be interesting to see what his numbers would look like without Harrison though.

I don't think there should be a lot of doubt that this debate has to come down to one of two positions:
OL or Kicker
If you're talking about ONE position that most needs addressed, one of those are it. Its a given that we'll get a kicker, if for no other reason that we don't have one right now.
If you talk about one specific and realistic possibility FA that we need to get in the worst way I think that guy has to be Bentley. The reasons are:
1) AJ and Gurode can't get it done, either the snaps are bad, botched, slow, or cued off to the defense
2) AJ can't block worth a crap, isn't strong enough if he does get a good snap
3) We already have two Guards that are signed to LARGE contracts
4) Bentley is YOUNG and proven
5) Bentley is versatile and can play G, worst comes to worst, LA or Rivera get hurt (or just suck next year both of which are possible) AJ still comes in at C and Bentley slides over to G. Instant Depth without adding another player (after Bentley) and using a roster spot.

I think Bentley is a possibility and should be our primary FA target. He wants out of NO and NO has already screwed up with him as far as contracts go.

Adam Vinatieri, Ryan Longwell, Mike Vanderjagt, Joe Nedney, etc...I really don't care which.

I think we all know why but if I have to spell it out...Cowboys make the playoffs in '05 with a real kicker.

If the Cowboys would have made the playoffs this year having a good kicker... they would have been sacked 150 times this post season... The Cowboys fell off so badly by the end of the year, I say they had no business being there anyway... let's get our draft pick and GET-R-DONE next season.
