Hack-A-Jordan caused me to turn the game off during the 2nd quarter and go to bed. He had 34 attempts at the free throw line. If you are a fan of either team and present at the game all I can say is ouch. Brutal.

That's why it has to go... forget the concept of "make the player prove he can make free throws".... I get that... but its not fun to watch, it slows the game, and fans like you, who aren't fans of the teams will simply turn the tv off..... when that happened, I said "perfect time for game of thrones".... I was out until the late 3rd quarter.

I said it from day one, the Rockets aren't built for playoff basketball. I hope they lose at home and finish this pathetic display.

I really hate the Clippers, but nowhere near as much as I hate the Rockets. At least Rivers used to be a Spur, so I definitely want LA to win this series and once again ruin another season that the POS GM of the Rockets built. That guy is pure garbage and has ZERO honor.

Wiz gave themselves a shot.. sessions, & bynum are horrible defenders. schrouder, & teague got wherever, whenever...

the lack of ball movement off the ball by most teams is amazingly poor.... but ATL, Grizz, GS, Bulls and LAC to a lesser extend run a bit more than high pick and rolls, & clear outs..... and we all know how good the ball movement is/was for the spurs.....

The Rockets are at their best with Josh Smith playing point which tells you how much they need an offensive facilitator.
Harden is a tremendous player but he still struggles to go right(to his weaker hand) which is an issue most guys fix by college.
Many young players are drilled so often on weak hand that is becomes their dominant side.

DH has just not handled DeAndre's size and strength at all. I thought it might be a draw but it's been a Clips advantage.

The hack a strategy by Houston is absolutely useless. They have the fastest offense in the league and a very limited half court set yet they foul to slow down the game?? McHale is just not very smart.

The rockets beat Dallas.

A Mavs with Rondo released and CP injured. That wasn't a very good Mavs team in round 1.
The Mavs edge in the series should have been PG but it turned out to be anything but.

The Mavs will tell you what they thought of that group as they completely re-build this off-season.

The Mavs were very vulnerable,,, absolutely... the positive about this offseason... cap space, and aminu..... you also hope parsons can come back close to 100.... his ability to put the ball on the floor is what makes his shot dangerous....

Mavs saw by 10 games in they couldn't win with all offense so gambled on the Rondo trade and it just failed miserably.
It was just a half season gamble and is what it is.

Mavs off-season is going to be very interesting.
That deserves it's own thread so I'll start one.

funny... harden has had on sweats in most of the 4th
and the D has been excellent...

Now Rox who haven't been the better side but will be at home with a good idea of what works; versus Doc and a physical Clips team? NICE!
Love game 7s.
Rox are fresher for sure.
Think CP3 is too much in game 7 but the back to back 7 game series for the Clips may have them too tired and beat up.

if you can't appreciate lebron you just hate basketball.

he is really, really good in every phase of the game which is what separates him from kobe or curry or any of those pure scorers espn loves.
irving and thompson banged up and love out for the series yet win the thing rather easily all behind the King.
give that man his due.

also blatt is getting crazy flack but he has quietly done a great job with that team. fitting those cast off pieces together in a way that really works.

Smith can be a train wreck and he is certifiably crazy.
But you need that in the playoffs.

And DH12 is about 5x the player with Smith passing him the ball he is with Harden on the ball.
So reality is the guy is a great fit for the Rox and really makes them a better team.
