The only way the Rockets win game is if Harden either explodes out of control or he just takes the back seat again. I hate his flow of the game, sloppy passes and terrible defense. They should run the offense through Howard and let everyone get involved.

oh and ... momma there goes that man again....

if you can't appreciate lebron you just hate basketball.

he is really, really good in every phase of the game which is what separates him from kobe or curry or any of those pure scorers espn loves.
irving and thompson banged up and love out for the series yet win the thing rather easily all behind the King.
give that man his due.

also blatt is getting crazy flack but he has quietly done a great job with that team. fitting those cast off pieces together in a way that really works.

I was never a real fan of Lebron until just a couple of years ago when I actually watched some of the Championship series. My interest in the NBA pretty much retired when Bird and Magic did. But watching one of the very few COMPLETE players who are superstars did get my interst amped up somewhat again. Not a lot but I no longer completely ignore the NBA like I did for about 20 years.

Rockets are really out-matched in this next one :(

McHale saved his job at least......and I wanted him gone.

Oh ya. Why was I thinking 3-0? Lol

it felt like they were up 3-0 and in complete control......they choked that series away, especially game 6.

it ticks me off that they played so damn well in game 7 against the Spurs.....I mean Riddick, Barnes, and Crawford couldn't miss.......then against the Rockets, they couldn't hit the ocean from a sinking Titanic.

No team has or likely ever will run it's offense through Dwight Howard. --poor free throw shooter, mediocre passer and hands.
But the Rockets are better when they run it through Josh Smith and get DH more involved as a finisher. --where he excels.

Harden is great when the pace is up and the ball is really moving. He can flat shoot it and he has a lovely game going to his left.
He is like a one-handed version of Curry with better strength.

But Harden at times stops the game down a bit to freelance and operates some ugly half court stuff that lowers his efficiency.

The Rockets have a very real shot. Enjoy it man.
GSW is on new ground playing in this Finals so both teams will be pretty even keeled.
GSW and Rox will play very fast.

Key match up will be Harden versus Klay.

Kerr has done a masterful job coaching.

He brought help on ZBo right at his left hand. If he does that to Harden it will be a long series for the Beard.
The bigger thing may well be how well Draymond Green D's up Josh Smith.

If DH has space and time with a passer getting free looks into him... the Rox will win this thing.
GS is not very big.

I did not expect the Rockets to make it past the Clippers. But now that they have, it's going to be another tough task ahead, gs is no joke.

They will never win if Dwight doesn't perform. He's literally the best athlete on the court and they need him to be aggressive. If he is then that sets a tone down low and gets the other teams big men in foul trouble. He needs to score 18+ a game and pick up 15-18 rebounds a game.

Hardens gonna get his we all know that. .but like you said, they can run the offense through Josh Smith too.

So.....for those of us who are fans of teams that did not make the playoffs...who do you guys have winning the lottery tonight? If the Knicks get one of the top 2 picks (Anthony-Thomas or Okafor), then this season was worth it. If they pick 3rd or 4th (Russell or Muiday), I'll be pissed, but still cautiously optimistic, if they pick 5th, then this was by far the worst season as a fan of any team I have ever endured.
