NBA is back

Just curious, did you guys take the same side (i.e. players or owners) as you did during the NFL lockout?

So the players ended up caving to everything the owners wanted?

What a waste of time

yeah. :thumbdo:

I'm so frakking excited! Can't wait to see KD, Russell Westbrook, James Harden and the rest of my Thunder get some revenge on Dirk and his Mavs this season! :D

Time for another Mavs title!

Heat will probably run through the east this year also, lol.

I don't think they did. Still waiting for all the details, but there is no hard cap. Stern secretly didn't want a hard cap either. Keeps his ratings cash cows Lakers, Heat, Mavs, Celtics with the ability to spend.

The way i understood it if the players demands where met it would not be possible to re-sign Chandler. No Chandler no title

Excited. A 66-game season is a lot better than 82. Games will be meaningful the whole way this year.

like it matters? No one paid any attention to the NBA until January at the earliest anyway.

I think they realized not many people cared and they better get something done before nobody cares.

I didn't follow it. Was it taken to the courts?

I have no idea. I couldn't care less about basketball/NBA so I didn't follow it either.
