As a life long Spurs fan I am so over Leonard. He crapped on the Spurs and well, he crapped on the Spurs. The best sports organization in recent history. They are all about taking care of their players and never leak information. They have ALWAYS erred on the side of protecting the players health when coming back from injury. To see what Leonard has done to them, well I hope he goes to the Lakers so he can ruin that organization.

Like he ruined Toronto?
 
Kawhi wanted Clips all along. He never wanted a super team but he did want a 2nd star.
Clips now slight faves given talent on that roster but treasure trove they gave up for PG13 means long term NBA balance.

Kawhi, PG and Bev is scary defensively. Although Ive PG's defense slipped some in OKC

I just hope first round NBA prospects dont hope to play in LA anytime soon

No overwhelming favorite this season.

Im really interested to see if Philadelphia makes a mid season trade to add to back court. Trade deadline in general could be huge this year.

OKC and TOR become your vet talent batteries/sources I think.
Think they both drop some older vets now and rebuild.

Gonna be interesting to see where Russ goes. Soo good overall but sub 30% 3PT shooting in 3 PT era just doesn't work.
TOR has a lot of older 1 year vet talent.

With all this movement it will be interesting to see what teams mesh and become greater than their collection of talent.
East is wide open for sure for just that type team to emerge.

LAC seem to be best in very deep West.

My Mavs have either been very patient and will trike in next 24 hours OR they were asleep at the wheel and we all weep.

That is interesting to consider.
A weird deal but basically 3-4 years of no high 1st rounder playing in LA or seeing them as viable options.

LAC has a lot of talent in house and a deep roster so it may be a few years before the talent drain hits them but I really wonder what LAL does.
The Danny Green/Javale and KCP resigning after KL was announced is not a good roster. They really need more horses and lack of resources to go get them stings.
 
Glad he didn’t sign with the lakers and make a super team.
