Favre will get in for sure. So we will get GB rammed up our arse. LOL. But I am ok with Favre, can't deny that.
Hope Greene doesn't get in, then we will get the Steelers crammed too. But for lack of others, he may get in.
Hope Davis doesn't either, can't stand his anti Dallas smirks.

Orlando Pace would be fine.

If Jimmy gets in, Jerry should introduce him....:lmao:

^This. Absolutely.

If Chuck Howley played ROLB for Pittsburgh he would have been inducted years ago. He was better than Robinson. I don't like crying "anti-Cowboys" bias, but in the case of Howley (and possibly Drew Pearson), something is terribly amiss.

The HOF committee will not rest until ALL of the Lombardi Packers are in...

Ok, I'll bring it up. If Lawrence Taylor got in on the first ballot, T.O. certainly shouldn't have any trouble. Yeah he was a knucklehead, but he never was in any kind of trouble (drugs, DUIs, shoplifting, DV, etc.) The guy is one of the best WRs ever in my opinion. He shouldn't be punished for his personality. Another example is Warren Sapp.

LT has two rings. TO has none.

Somewhere between 65-70% (depending on the source) of all HOF players played a championship team.

It makes a huge difference.

It's one of the reason why Witten, if he doesn't win the big one, is likely going to have to wait a few years for his induction.

not enough Cowboys on the list

Witten and Ware are the next best candidates.

Witten seems like he is a lock, although he might have to wait a few years.

Ware needs a couple more 10+ sack years.

Kevin Green is still sitting there on the outside looking in with his 160 sacks. Not having a championship as well as being something of a NFL vagabond he kept him out so far... although I suspect he makes it this time.

TO should get in. Hated the dude but he's second to Rice as the GOAT.

And no way in hell should Terrell David get in. He was an average RB playing behind an elite OL. Look what the other RB's did when he was out. Mike Anderson and Portis did just as food or better.

Davis is a JAG IMO.

Drew Pearson - or it is a sham, and a shame.

LOL! What? LT was one of the five greatest players to ever step foot on a field. If he didnt make it first ballot, there was no point to have a HOF. TO not remotely in LTs class and I dont care about off field.

Oh yeah, this guy too!

Yes. Richard Dent is in, so should Harvey. Similar players in style and level of performance. Martin, in fact, has better stats. I wrote an artcle on him two years ago for Your Daily Cowboys Football Fix.

Favre is a lot more qualified than Owens, simply because of his status as an icon for this generation. That said Owens deserves it on his own merit, just from a pure production standpoint.

One person I do NOT want in there is Tony Dungy. Cannot stand that zombie.

Favre is a icon? To who? I mean don't get me wrong Favre deserves to be 1st ballot as well but Owens is arguably one of the best receivers of all time. I don't hear anyone even considering Favre as the best to ever play his position.

Terrell Owens does not get in. His numbers don't mean jack because they didn't accomplish jack.

Terrell Owens was a destroyer of teams. His actions hurt far more than his numbers helped. He was a selfish, pouty little "B".

Then you will not make an argument for Ware or Romo or Witten?

Every player/coach/contributor enshrinement depends on the Board of Selectors' stamp of approval. Owens' relationship with the Board's peers during his career may work against him. Ultimately I may be wrong but I think the Board will send him a message by preventing his first-ballot selection.

The hall of fame is already swimming with guys who have/had character issues so excluding Owens for that reason would be pretty hypocritical.

He's 2nd or 3rd all time in almost every single WR statistic there is. He deserves to get in.

I know one thing .. it is absurd and blasphemous that Jimmy Johnson is not in the HOF yet .. and it is going to be more absurd and more blasphemous if he doesn't get in

Jordan, Howley, Harris, Green just to start and it took way to long for Hayes to get in. Not enough of the players that made Cowboys Americas team are in
