I think ND shouldn't be eligible for the playoff b/c they choose not to play in a conference. When you look at their roster, it doesn't stack up to UGA or OSU......and neither does their SOS. They didn't beat a good team all year.

Ive never been an ND defender, but I think they would've finished better than 5th in the Big 12 this year.

If the NCAA cares about nothing but crowing the best team champ; this year went swimmingly.
If that is the case then this "sport" is totally useless on all levels.

Crowning the most talented roster champion is exactly the opposite of the purpose of sport.
The entire point is to let underdogs have their shot at the excitement of upsets and unknown results.Some like ND will fall super flat. Some will make it close. Some will win.

Bama has the best coaching staff and the best talent.
Clemson is 2nd in both areas.
They could have played week 1.
It's boring.

Expand the playoff and have actual meaningful football occur.Make winning your conference supreme by guaranteeing those winners get in.

If this were NCAA Football 14 I'd have started over with North Texas or some other 2 star school by now because it is literally pointless, lol.
