Yeah they’ve put the pressure on him and confused him with their scheme. He needs his receivers to catch the damn ball. That would help.
the pressure doesn't always show up on the stats sheet, but good, consistent pressure that impacts the QB/passing game and forces punts is just as good. Not as pretty as sacks but I'd take it all day

That's game. Washington OC and Penix failed the chess match - there's no magical big play downfield with the way Michigan's defense is focused on stopping. You have to take what the defense gives you.

I hate Michigan… The Ncaa is a joke if they allow the wolverines to win a championship and then put sanctions on them for cheating. It’s obvious now it’s over …. bla

Washington defense has done everything possible to give their team a chance in the second half. Can only hold the Michigan offense off for so long.
Yep, too bad they didn’t show up in the first quarter

This game goes to show that if you aren’t coaching your team to commit penalties every single play all over the field, you’re failing.

Mich clearly has a plan.

Washington has 3 top receivers and the QB is always looking for the home run when he should just feed the ball to his playmakers and let them do their thing.

Looks like college refs swallow their whistles on holding calls too.

Michigan played zone defense dropping their linebackers into coverage. It’s lethal for the passing game but relies on the front 4 being disruptive. That’s what has happened. It’s actually not to dissimilar from what SF does to Dallas.

Their plan is to win the line of scrimmage, run the football and don't give up the big plays.
