Need clarification on Bill Cowher's comment on CBS Pregame Show

I wasn't clear on what he said, but sensed from the tone it wasn't flattering.:

And Cowher forgets there's no guarantee that the players on offense will be healthy next year. Plus, Cowher's success came from his defenses...certainly not his offense and certainly not his passing offense.

id rather go after a young coordinator like spagnolia, or whatever the defensive assistant head coach for the giants is;

this team needs some fire on this team to kick some butt and take no prisoners

all you have to do is look at how this team is playing now;

that goes back to coaching, wade phillips has done nothing when he gets near the playoffs or in the playoffs

its time to wake up and smell the roses

then you add in when romo throws the football up for grabs

this team had very little fire when they first started playing

that comes back to the Head Coach, getting them ready, has the defense looked good in this game, or the game last week, 2 big runs on defense,

again that goes back to the Head Coach, discipline, fire, urgency,

and this team has lacked this all season

again that goes back to the head coach

its time to wake up people

think about it, if you thought this year was rough, think about whom we play next year
