Bueller?
*I was overwhelmingly compelled to bestowing a "Like" on yer' post as the wording of it's narratives framing made it pretty much a no brainer,,,,,,tho, I know I'll never ever be as big of a #21 Fan that I once was previously, to his strong armed extortion attempt, regardless of whether he comes back to play, with issues resolved/unresolved,,, it won't matter,& it'd be hilariously awesome, when that idiot pulls his " lame feed me B.S." out on the playing field? He's bombarded& pelted in a merciless manner with about 101 rubber dong dilbo's come flying in from the stadium fans
is he fat?
That's Mr. that guy...So your that guy
Given Zeke's history it isn't hard to imagine why they didn't rush out to guarantee him a giant slice of the limited pie,,,, 2 years EARLY no less!
Every 3 months the front office, and fanz, are reading the news waiting to hear whether or not he's suspended again and for how long. I suspect that he's not certain of his tainted worth either and resorted to "leveraging" that team's fate this season.
Jaylon is opening a cryogenic place at the star. JJ has a hand in that.
I agree. You’re right, but teachers need a lot more $$$ and respect
You're ignoring the point that if the team did extend linemen with 2 years left on their deals then the MVP of the offense could reasonably expect the same especially since he has a higher toll on his body doing his job. A knucklehead discount is not far fetched to ask for but Zeke's side isn't going to want to see that just like the FO is not going to want to see that Zeke had to hold out with 2 years to go while the linemen only had to sit back and let the FO come to them with their checkbook open.
I will never turn down more money, and the amount teacher's make varies greatly depending on where you work. But im guessing each teacher at my location(only about 10 teachers, most are 15 year plus vets.... are all pushing 6 figures plus benefits. You’re right, but teachers need a lot more $$$ and respect
Ya, it's rather unfortunate that the monetary disparity between a pro athlete & the financially oppressed fandoms base who make up & provide the necessary means for those exorbitantly astronomical salaries that are paid to all those better than you smirking players with attitudes of which you so clearly illustrated, as with any broad cross section from the population of football fans there's bound to be that small percentage of deranged psycho lunatics with a ( literal) axe to grind over what they could possibly view ,as to it being a personally directed attack especially towards them,,, er,,,at least ways I'd imagine there's that small fraction of mentally imbalanced whack-0's out there in any large cross section of any nations populous,,, I know I damn sure wouldn't be Rollin' on with that kinda'athlete's persona which you've described, were I oneAs I've said before, players don't care what fans think, especially since fans are mainly selfish and jealous of what these guys make to boot (see CowboysZone and Colts fans regarding Andrew Luck). They're not the ones helping to build their empires so they'll take the fans' slings and arrows and wipe their tears with crisp $100 bills. Of course being loved by fans is ideal but it moreso falls into the category of "it would be nice if ..." when you're dealing with money of this magnitude nowadays which will piss off the average joe. But if they did what kept fans "comfortable" they'd need to accept every low-ball offer thrown their way which fans themselves wouldn't do. So if I were an athlete, I'd tell pissed off fans to "just work harder" and then you too can squabble over millions like me.
101(dildos should it not be whizanators, oh wait that was Dak and Zeke) out of 90k fans im sure zeke will be dine with losing a few hundred fans, the other 89k per week will be EE fans and nothings changed.. I hope he didnt offend all of you actually asking for money due to him after 3years of being a top ELITE back entertaining you and helping the Cowboys to wins.. please I will apologize to the few hundred offended fans who somehow take it personal he wanted new deal even though it has nothing to do with Game days..Contracts are noones business but the SM and instantaneous stories that pop up on push notification and the the advent of Internet Genius know it all GMs have created all the backlash that typically a common fan could give rats arse about.. Just get my best 22 Players I cheer for on the field and lets cheer for actual FOOTBALL played on the field.. its time to move on and forgive..We have the NYG to hate not our own players..*I was overwhelmingly compelled to bestowing a "Like" on yer' post as the wording of it's narratives framing made it pretty much a no brainer,,,,,,tho, I know I'll never ever be as big of a #21 Fan that I once was previously, to his strong armed extortion attempt, regardless of whether he comes back to play, with issues resolved/unresolved,,, it won't matter,& it'd be hilariously awesome, when that idiot pulls his " lame feed me B.S." out on the playing field? True. If this poster is who I think he is, he does work with some students who have severe difficulties. These students are more concern about surviving daily than getting their education. Some don’t have a place to stay or food to eat. Gang violence is rampant in their neighborhood. A teacher or anyone who works to help others make a difference in their lives are not easily replaced especially good ones.People like you are not easily replaced.
Football players are a dime a dozen
I agree with the premise hear, but I think many here are talking about a guy with 2 years left on his contract, who was suspended, continually a distraction with off-season stupidity holding out for top dog money....
Don't get me wrong, on the field he is worth top 5 money, but it isn't far fetched in my opinion to be pissed off for him asking considering those things and the risk....
I do hope he signs so we can move on without anymore distractions
Wentz got $32 and has accomplished even less than Dak...……...so whats your argument to his agent on why he should take less?
And keep in mind the franchise tag for QBs is going to be around $30 mill next year anyways, so if you dont want to pay Dak that much then are you suggesting we let him become an unrestricted free agent? And if he leaves, who is our QB, Cooper Rush?
LOL...……..no bro, it aint going down like that...………….Zeke, Dak, and Cooper are all getting paid.
They might be a playoff team without Zeke, but they are not a SB team without Zeke...……...and the Cowboys know this.
Do you really think the Cowboys would make Zeke the highest paid RB in the NFL if he didnt significantly increase their chances of playing in the SB? Do you think NFL teams pay players out of the goodness of their heart?
NFL teams pay players according to how valauble that player is to the team's success. The Cowboys have done the math and determined that Zeke is pretty f'ing valauble, hence the willingness to make him the highest paid RB in the league.
This from the guy who would not pay dlaw, zeke, dak,or jaylon ............ but is worried about how we are gonna pay all our young talent.
But just keep on thinking how much of a salary cap wizard you are chica.
I see your point but if he indeed is seeking $40 mill as some reports have said, that would make him the highest paid and to me he's done nothing remotely close to warrant that. Then again it's not my moneyAnd what exactly has Carson Wentz won?
He got $32 mill
That set the market...……just like Gurley set the market for Zeke, Wentz set the market for Dak. You and me may not like it, but that is the way the league works.
NOONe knows yet we are waiting like you to find out but IDC either way he signs and hes back..Did they make Zeke the highest paid RB in the NFL?
