The only person of interest that may a job with cowboys due to nepotism is Steven jones.
What’s wrong with having your number one son looking after yours and the family interest ?

Would you not do the same ? If not that says more about you and your family ties and trust !

Everyone has a job or interest due to someone they know. Get over it !
If he's not qualified, there is tons and tons wrong w/ it.

That sounds like Jerry Dumbo GM Jones revisionist history. The Dallas Cowboys have never been to a NFC Championship game let alone a Super Bowl since 1995. The 49ers have been to at least 2 or 3 NFC Championship games and a Super Bowl. NE is not an anomaly. They had stability at HC, QB, and ownership just like Pittsburgh and the other teams I listed. KC has also enjoyed stability at HC, Ownership, and now QB. These teams have leveraged this to be in Conference championship games and Super Bowls since 1995. Why hasn't the Dallas Cowboys? Because they are the Arlington Jonesboys.
2. 2012 and 2019.

Nepotism is an owner who makes himself gm than wastes valuable
Draft picks on players like Joey Galloway, Roy Williams and trey Lance. Then refuses to fire himself

And drafts Lamb, Diggs, Tyler Smith, Parsons, and trades for Cooks, and Gilmore. Wins 12 games 3 years in a row. Currently has a contending team and should be the number 2 team in the NFC and is undefeated at home. It's pretty awesome where the team is at.

Who is get blamed........ the Jones or Deuce & his father for all the problems on the field and game day?
Jones. He insists on being in charge, it's all on him. The 3 super bowls are on him, the 28 years of sucking since then are on him.

They haven't sucked for 28 years. See the Jets. That is what sucking is.

They have a shot and will be good next year too.
Have a shot? At winning the super bowl? I guess, but a real shot would be right there for us if Jerry were smart enough to take Ocyrus in the 2nd, grabbed a RB w/ power in FA, and signed a couple of mid tier LB's in FA. Playoff teams don't care about rosy optimism.

That's a strange way of looking at things. You're saying that because a teams sucks a bit more, that you don't suck? That's weird, dude.

You are wrong. Why did you make me look this up? Since 1995 The 49ers have been to 7 NFC Championship games and 2 Super Bowls. That is a 700% advantage over Jerry's World Arlington Jonesboys in conference championship games plus 200% advantage in Super Bowl appearances (Ravens and Chiefs).

So please stop saying it is so hard to maintain long term success like the Dallas Cowboys did for 35 years with free agency and salary cap. Stop drinking the Jonesboys Kool Aid from Jerry Dumbo GM Jones.

What now.....can't do anything with family in a family business. It wouldn't' be a family business. Jerry leaving a legacy. Can't fault him for that, other than ensuring "football" people doing "football" things.
