I gotta admit im a little worried.

We are playing a very talented team this week with a QB who has a lot of skill and knows all the tricks.

Plus its on the road.

Oline is going to be key this week as always.

The crowd and the Vikings will have a lot of emotion to start the game and Peterson is hard to bring down when he has that emotion.

Relax guys, the freaking Bears just beat the Vikes a couple of weeks ago. Its not like they are some juggarnaunt that is invincible here.

We got this.
True, but they also wiped the floor with the packers twice who destroyed the bears. You can't draw conclusions about teams that way, it doesn't work. There are plenty of examples from this year alone to back that up.

Eh...don't let the Vikings defense scare you. They're nothing special. And as for their offense, let AP run some. He's going to get a few yards anyway. So what. Pressure Favre, contain their receivers, shut down their passing game.

On to the NFCCG.

I hear you bro but remember, when they break huddle what they will be staring at are Rat, Igor, Spears, Spence, and DWare. ;) Nothing comforting about that.

What makes me nervous is that we are not "flying under the radar" any longer. EVERYBODY is giving us love and telling Dallas how great they are. Dallas has been able to stay grounded and focused all season and so I hope that will continue Sunday. I hope a more mature locker room with help with this as well.

Grow a pair. Yeah the Vikings are a good team. So are the Cowboys. Quit worrying and just believe.

ive said it many many times we need to put constant pressure on Farve

Just pressure will not do, when we get there hit him hard , remember 2008 when we made him go out of the game .

Favre will try some long bombs initially to catch us offguard and set the tone . Our DBs should be aware of that.

On offense , we need to contain their pass rush , maybe help out FLO initially but I have confidence he will handle Allen. Probably we need to run at him for some time to tire him out. Romo needs to be aware of the pressure but shouldn't panic. The Williams duo needs to be taken care of and that can be done with some outside runs which will make the defense pursue and tire it out.

I see a good game coming up.

I will never be as nervous going into a playoff game than having to play a division opponent. And the team I always want to play last is the Eagles.

Last week, I was not nervous, I felt we were clearly better than the Eagles and it was only a matter of time before we got the monkey off of our back.

Like Norm Hitzges stated, all the Match ups against the Eagles were in our favor against the Eagles. This is not the case with the Minnesota Vikings.

This will be the best Quarterback we have faced in the Playoffs and they are very capable of beating the Cowboys.

If the Cowboys lose this game, I would not be surprised.

....and (******!) this is the game I'm going to miss. I'll be able to follow it on the radio until 2pm central...my son has an honor band concert at ULL (Lafayette). So I'll be traveling between NOLA and Lafayette when the game starts. Will have to rely on my cell phone for updates after 2pm. :banghead::banghead::banghead:

He actually apologized to me....I told him nothing to apologize about...he always comes first. I swear, I didn't lie, but :bang2:

We are facing an even deadlier matchup Sunday. MinniSOOOODA's defense does call for some concern.
Not really. They have a good front four, but their LBs are beat up and their secondary is so-so (save for Winfield).
Jared Allen is probably licking his chops, and waiting for his match.
Flo's been pretty good against top pash rushers, and since Allen's a little bigger than most speed rushers, I think he'll be ready for the challenge (and he'll probably get some help from the TEs/RBs).
Brett Favre is Brett Favre.
You're right... so we should have nothing to worry about! 2-9 all time against us ;)
But how can we contain AP?
This is really my only concern, but our run d has been stout all year...and he's prone to give up the rock a couple of times.
Or Percy Harvin!
Scandrick has actually been playing better as the season has worn on & if he plays outside 21 & 41 will lock him down!
I hope we are preparing for this
I have faith that Wade will have this defense prepared...they haven't been abused all season!
BELIEVE!!!!!

I'm more concerned about this team, and in their stadium, than any other team left in the NFC. Line play, on both sides of the ball, will no doubt determine the outcome of this game. Romo will be going up against his boyhood idol, but I hope Romo will continue to play within his game and not get into a dueling match with Favre.

Tony is too smart & mature now. He has his head on straight and won't be sucked into that!

I'm more confident than I was last week. Are we drinking too much kool-aid? I give us a good chance to win but I could get more nervous as the week goes.

If the Buccaneers can beat the Saints, the Cowboys can beat the Vikings. :D

You sound like Marsha Fault! He's rebuked this so-called boyhood idol myth more than once.

I'm cautious optimistic again this week.

I won't worry until the Super Bowl. I'm feeling 1970 deja vu.
