New Coach or New GM

JJ is a problem and part of a clear example of why he is a problem is because he hires guys like Jason Garrett, guys who are clearly incompetent.

The thing is, the hiring of a GM is likely never going to happen. That's why people would be ecstatic if we hired a new coach, although they really want a new GM. We'll take what we could get. I still think things will never change as long as Jerry is GM. I'm a big Garrett and Romo hater, but I think even they could be somewhat successful on a different team with a different owner/GM situation.

GM easily... I don't know if there is a coach that can win here that will be on Jerry Jones hiring list.

It's a no-brainer. New GM. Then that GM would be in charge of selecting the coach, so you would almost certainly get new one anyway.

I´d say GM because a good one would get rid of Garrett before he gets into his office. So basically you take care of the two
But to answer your question if only one can go, it´s Garrett no question, he is just a bad coach, I believe we can win with an excellent HC and Jerry a the GM (Jimmy), I just don´t think we can win with an excelent GM and Garrett as HC.
Saying that I don´t think Jerry is capable of hiring an excellent HC so basically I´m nowhere
