IMO he's saying that on all levels most coaches on this level know X and the O's. It's their careers and life...

BUT ITS more about the staff and players all believing and having the drive and passion to win..

Well Brian, nothing personal but we all know what we want and we all know what it looks like.
We saw it here for decades with Landry and up until Jimmy was shown the door.
We saw it with the Patriots winning 7 SB’s, and we’re seeing it currently with the Chiefs, and to a lesser extent the Eagles/Rams.
It doesn’t look like a clueless narcissistic egomaniac that has to have everything be all about him.
So good luck with your first HC position. I truly wish you nothing but the best, but don’t be surprised when this team never looks like what you envision.

I'd say Schottenheimer did pretty good job with dinner, given with the poop stew he was given to serve.
He did a pretty good job getting the offense to rally around Cooper Rush. I feel he even over achieved with the cast he was forced to field every week.
Our record could have been much worse.
And, ....he had nothing to do with the Defense that couldn't get off the field most of the time.

Just because the ownership sucks, don't rag on a guy who showed he could play the crappy cards he was dealt.
