They're also near or at the top in revenue. This thing is a cash cow.
It will always be Cowboys stadium to me regardless of what company's name and logo are on it.
What he's referring to is when the stadium roof is open, when the blimp flies over the stadium.. there used to be a Cowboys star on top of the video board. If you just go to the games in person you'd never see it. You can only see it when it's televised and the stadium is open. The first year the stadium was open it was a Cowboys star but as soon as AT&T purchased the naming rights that all changed. For $1.2 billion, they can change pretty much anything.
Well, let the star move with it. Half goes toward one end zone, half goes toward the other. When it's closed, we get to see our big blue star. But alas, the AT&T logo has already replaced the star on top of the video board.

I know what he was referring to. Hadn't noticed the star was missing. I'll pay more attention next time.
didn't see this posted, if duplicate please remove
Or you cross mount the star in the middle and IT NEVER MOVES!
Roof closes under star.
lol
Looking at what Pitt got for naming rights on Heinz field 57 mill or 20 years compared to Dallas 1.2 billion for 20 years I can say I'm pretty pleased with it.
ESPN reported the deal would be worth $17 million to $19 million a year over an undefined period.
Hmmmmm....
For that money I'd get a tramp stamp tattoo with at&t on my low back.
The football gods are not pleased.
Bet this guy didnt get the same money as Jerry
