That was definitely a bad throw. It happens. Not his first and won't be his last. All QBs do it trying to make something happen or didn't see the help coming. We have far more other issues than at QB.

Since the game is unoffically over, there's one thing that has to be said:

The Saints played a game that in my 55 plus years of watching football I have never seen - a perfect game.

(Well, until that last throw by Carr, lol).

Every drive they have scored one. EVERY ONE. Nobody would have beaten them today. NOBODY.

Everything they did they did perfectly - run, throw, block, tackle, coaching calls, matchups, you name it they did it 100% like you draw it up.

Dak could have thrown for 400 yards and 5 tds, and it would have not been good enough. The last int was window dressing, you give up 5.5 yards per carry and 22 yds per reception, you are going to lose.

Staubach, Aikman, Brady, Mahomes, don't care who was the qb, that team would lose.

Doesn't make it feel any better, a loss always hurts. But this was "one of those games", put the game film away and move on....
