Okay, I finished downloading it and it is the complete game. The person edited out all the commercials and boring stuff between plays. The vid and sound quality is very good.

So it is the same as my clips, but together instead of smaller files?

Do you know what the resolution is? If you put all my clips together, they would be about the same size, so it might be the same resolution.

Calico, I only download your vids when I can't see the game on TV (which I did this time), so I have no way to compare the two. The screen size is larger than the one you used for the Jaguars pre-season game.

You're gonna want your reader to download or "find" all available newsgroups. The problem is that some readers do not carry binary newsgroups (esp porn-related ones).

Calico, I think it was the DirecTV Super Fan "Shortcut" of the game. The whole thing is only 25 minutes so thats why its such a small file.

I found it using "nfl" as the filter criteria in the "alt.binaries.tv" newsgroup. There were almost 3 million headers to download, since this is such a large newsgroup, and the football games are listed among the last headers. So, if you don't have a broadband connection, I wouldn't try to DL it. Not only is the Cowboy game here, but virtually all the games of week 1 are posted. I count 10 games in all posted at this newsgroup. Great find bbgun! Thanx for sharing the info.

Correct. I forgot to mention the DirecTV link. It's still a great way to watch an entire game in a short amount of time if you missed it.

This vid isn't located at one specific server address. I could give you my Easynews server address, but because you're not a paid subscriber, you wouldn't be able to access it without a username and password. Have you tried to find these two groups at a free site like Google? They might carry them.

welll what i did was put in the name http://tehserver.us as the server.....so your saying put google.com instead?
