New taunting rule

I completely agree with this new rule, but not if it's going to apply to plays like this. Hopefully, this is an overreaction for preseason purposes.

The taunting nonsense has to stop. It's crept into all levels of football.

But this play is nothing. They need to be more judicious about applying the penalty than this.

I don't think it was the flexing strut. It was turning back towards the opponent and doing it over them on the ground.

Seems to be that as long as one does not flex toward or at an opponent, it is ok.

I am all for a ref throwing a flag at the Jaylon swipe. I don’t think there is anyone who wants to see that.

oh yeah and the group picture poses. lol I think there are some stupid rules in the league but regardless if I agree with them or not these officials will call it so it falls to the coaches to let players know and understand these rules. Losing a game because some stupid penalty is not worth it.

My thoughts exactly. My coach had a bunch of memorable quotes. One of them was "If you don't like it, then stop them."
