Just a few tidbits.

At least Fassell said they will get Deuce Vaughn some work in over the summer at PR & KR.

Talked about needing to replace two of the best ST's players in Noah Brown and Luke Gifford.
Also will be a competition to take over the Noah Brown role at WR and mentions 4 of the WR's

MM and Brian S, have been working side by side, working together on the new offense, which has been a grind and fun. In order to maximize Dak's potential.
WR group is an early group to watch in training camp. Can Tolbert make the expected jump in year 2? Can Gallup return to 100% both mentally and physically from his knee injury?

Like they did for Troy with ESmith22 and that OL and many HOF players..run the ball like that or lie the great Elway needed TD to put him over the top , sure Daks no different, needs help the OL and run game needed and overall, hence CM let go and new OC, OLC and RBC..

how was PM doing in the first half of the SB?losig what they did is run the ball a lot in the 2nd half, not give up sack and win..

nice attempt at a troll but it fell short..
Lots of truth here but both Elway and Peyton were pretty much done when they won their last SB’s. Far far away from their peaks for both, pretty much very savvy bus drivers at that point.

It’s reasonable to expect at least one of the two to happen.

I think they are fine at the position anyway, but especially so if you consider the idea of running more often and playing more 12 personnel.

Elway was getting to Super Bowls without TD.

Sure every QB needs a full team but Elway was more than capable of carrying a lesser team to lofty heights.

Yup. Those 80s teams he took to SBs were not teams with a lot of talent, at all. The fact that he took them 3 years in a row, with those rosters puts him in my all time top 2 qbs. If I'm starting a team, I'd take a young Elway all day every day.

I'm sorry to break up the Dak talk on a rookie thread, but does anyone know of Hunter Luepke participated? I've been wondering about that shoulder injury.
I just read some info, they did things different this year. No 7 on 7, and CBA does not allow 11 on 11. This was more of an orientation type camp. Getting them familiar with how things are done, what to expect type things.
Get them familiar with the offense and defense and how things work.

Did some basic, not even a walk through type practice, as they are not allowed to go against each other.
It was more work on the sleds and things like that.

With all the rigors of the combine and pro days and such, they did not want to risk any soft tissue injuries, as some rookies will get form over use up to this point.
All that can also be why they did not not a big list of camp invitees as usual.

They didn't even put on helmets except for 5 minutes when fielding Punts and Kicks.

I used to say and still do that if Elway played for the 49ers, he would have had 7 Super Bowl rings by the time he left the game. Remember, Bill Walsh tried to orchestrate a trade for Elway but, of course, it didn't pan out.

How much does this guy hate the Cowboys that he's imagining all these Super Bowls the 49ers should have won but got cheated out of?

They gave him 200k so the staff feel pretty good about his status, just saying that with his injury being late in the season, its still a bit too early to know much, but I am curious as well.

If you are comparing Dak Prescott to Troy Aikman in any way, shape or form, you are completely clueless and shouldn't be taken seriously.

If Dak Prescott was the QB in the 90s the Cowboys would now be looking to win their first Super Bowl since the 1970s.
