Canty
summerisfunner I also agree with your list on both sides of the ball.

Agree JJ must stay healthy as well, Crayton was on his way to a real fine season until his injury. Canty just needs playing time......he will be a force.

Another that may surprise us all is Ratliff.

I really like ratliff, he really seemed to provide a spark off the bench, and our pass-rush clearly had a little dip in production once he went on IR

When you say break out player I think of a guy who will make huge leaps from where he is right now. With that thinking I go with with Canty. The guy will be a stud for us for years to come.

Agree.....He certainly gave us a lift when he was in the rotation. Ratliff played well in the 1st Philly and Giant games.

Tom Crowder.

(if you count someone making a big contribution on ST as a breakout player....and I know, he needs to make the team first, but I have a good feeling about this kid).

Thorton. They guy is a player. Peterman. It's now or never. He might take Rivera's job. Gurode. He will be resigned and play better than Allen who will be let go.

Burnett & Ware on D.

Have no idea who would have a breakout year on O. We don't have much youth and none seem all too promising. I guess you can make a point for JJ, but he's already had a number of breakout performances, I guess it's all about him staying healthy. Barber's another candidate, but being mostly JJ's backup, I don't think he'd be able to put up the numbers to be considered a breakout player. Thompson shows a lot of promise too, but he's buried too deep in the depth chart.

I also like Crayton, but it may take an injury for him to get enough passes thrown his way.

Defense: Spears and Canty

Offense: Crayton and JJ. I still don't think JJ has really had a breakout year yet.

Offense: Jones and Rivera(think the back injury affected him a lot and should be healthy next season)

Defense: Canty and Burnett
