Well if you think it will be a different ball game in game two you shouldnt use it as an example about why they are a bad matchup. They arent a bad matchup. We will beat the Giants by 14+ points in NY.

The game is about matchups. They built there defense to stop our offense. That is why they spent the money. They needed an interior run stuffer and a corner who could matchup with Bryant. This is why they spent 200 million, to matchup with Dallas. In game 1 they beat us because our running game did not making any big plays and they kept the passing game in check.

Now since then our running game has been off the charts and the passing game is night and day since week 1. The giants defense has also become much better and Collins has turned into an absolute stud.

The next time we play if everyone is healthy it will be about these same matchups, can the giants slow the running game down. In game 1 they did and they won, if they are capable of it again they will again. We wont know if they can until December 11th but this is the critical matchup.

if you think we are going to win by 14+ that is great. The games between these two teams never are more than about a touchdown or less apart. Its always a tight game.

It won't be tight this time. And the Giant's run defense has not become better since game one its become worse statistically.

All I'm thinking about right now is getting enough wins to just get in. At 8-1 they should at least get to 11. That locks you in.

While I agree with you, I just wanted to point out that 11 wins is not a Lock. Didn't the Pats win 11 games and not get in some years ago? Looking at the landscape today, it would seem a very safe bet that 11 is the magic number though.
