Yes. This league is all about QB play and defenses that can stop QBs and the passing game. The Cowboys, Eagles and Giants each have QBs that can get it done with stong Ds that can get after the QB.
There is no division that hates each other than the cowboys, skins, eagles, and giants. There are alot of rivaliries in other divisions. But none of them equal the ratings, the hatred, the attention, or has represented their conference more than the NFC East.
Let's put it this way. There have been 43 Super Bowls. 4 were played before there even was an NFC East. That leaves 39.
The Dallas Cowboys have won 5 of 8.
The New York Giants have won 2 of 3.
The Washington Commanders have won 3 of 5.
The Philadelphia Eagles are 0 for 2.
That means 10 of the 39 Champions have come from the NFC East and 18 of the 39 Super Bowls have had a team from the NFC East represent the NFC in the game.
If this is not enough for you, Dallas has lost 6 NFC Championship games, Washington has lost 1, and Philadelphia has lost 4.
That means 29 of the 39 NFC Championship games have had an NFC East team in the game. 4 times two teams from the NFC East have fought that last game before the Super Bowl.
It might be, but the NFC North is pretty tough also. NFC West is obviously not good, and the NFC South stumbled pretty badly with Carolina and Tampa Bay.
AFC West is weak, excepting of course Dan Diego. I don't see the Chargers being challenged for a few more years either.
AFC East has New England, and then, and then, and then. Jets and Miami are up and coming, but still a couple of years away. Baltimore is ???
AFC South was weak this year, but the Texans and Titans are going to challenge Indianapolis, maybe as soon as next year.
For this season, I'd put the AFCS first, based on this and the fact that they may finish with no team under .500. But the NFCE is right behind, and the top 3 in the NFCE are clearly better than the top 3 in the AFCS.
For all time, it's obvious, as Hos's post makes clear.
