the league has some good teams... but no leaders! you can have a good team but if u dont have leaders they will never reach their potential! What if Chad Johnson was the type of leader Irvin was or if the Colts triplets wanted to win as much as the real triplets!!!

Everyone gives Belicheck the credit but he had some great leadres on the team guys who wanted to win more than anything!

look at what the Steelers did last year!
