I have had the NFL channel for 4 months now just so I would not miss a single Cowboys game. I live in San Antonio so I may not be considered local coverage for the ATL game.

The NFL channel is not going to show the games in my area at all...here is the link.

I'd boycott this trash. i suspect this network may go the way of the XFL and New Coke at this rate.

It's not the cable companies. It's the NFL. Screw you, NFL.

yeah, and quite frankly other thank NFL Total Access there is not a single show I like on the network.

I absoultly freaking hate the cheerleader garbage they put on that channel.

Yesterday they had some cheerleaders playing an NFL version of that memory game where you turn a numbered card and get a picture of something and you have to guess the other numbered card that has that same picture.

It is really a garbage network.

You must be missing all the great NFL Films shows they broadcast... or at least they used to when I still had it... damn Time Warner.

I miss Comcast... not only did they carry the NFL Network but they also had a BUNCH of NFL shows On-Demand. Time Warner has NONE!

I wouldn't count on it. Time Warner after their buyout of Comcast (I think) is the largest Cable company in America and they are not budging on their stance.

They have made it clear that putting NFL network on the basic rate cable as the NFL Network is demanding will raise every single cable subscribers by minimum of two dollars. Would you be happy if your cable rates went up by 2 bucks because a group of people wanted the Senior Citizen Ice Skating channel?

Time Warner is not going to do that and since they are the largest provider if they hold their ground eventually the NFL channel is going to have to cave in and let them go to a sports tier package.

That is the first time they have had something so idiotic on, aside from the "Making the Squad" cheerleader specials they had. Most of the time they have some really good programing, although the content does get repeated quite a bit in the off season.

We've had NFL Network for awhile and I know we both enjoy it.

I posted this in another thread, but you should demand that your cable company drop the worthless crap that they bundle into your package and pick up the NFL network. This will keep everyone whole.

Unless you're a fan of CSPAN, Lifetime, Oh!, and WE channels.

NFL replay is awesome, the fact they have games is great, they have the senior bowl, the live press conference show, the live preseason game whip arounds, the new 40 part Super Bowl documentaries, NFL Films Presents, the Texas Bowl, the Insight Bowl, Total Access, the college FB show on Saturdays, the list goes ON AND ON.

The other dude makes it seem like its all cheerleader stuff, when nothing could be further from the truth. The NFL network has some great programming. Whoever says it is trash is just pissed off they cant get it.

Time Warner didn't buy Comcast. It was a pretty complex deal, but the companies are still separate entitites.

That doesn't have anything to do with the NFL Network going dead. All you said was that the NFL Network would cave and go to the sports tier package... which means that they'd still be around.

The NFL Network will continue to grow... and they'll continue to come have more and more quality programming.

The parent company of Dish Network is actually Time Warner, yet Dish Network has the NFL channel.

Rex, why are you mad at the NFL? That's your cable company that isn't carrying it.

Just get a dish and for $39 a month you can be watching it. :)

Usually on Saturday nights, and very early on Sunday morning. If you have a Tivo, you can record all the good programming that you may be missing.
