I don't see the point. They needed to wait for him to have a contract with any team to take action. Just my opinion

Probably based on the CBA and his contractual relationship with the NFL, I would assume.

The NFL goes too far with this stuff. The guy was exonerated so buzz off,,,, no suspension either.
Mine buys me drinks every now and then, usually after I pay him to look some thing over though.
Just because he paid the victim off doesn't mean the act should go unpunished. That's a horrible precedent
