That was a halftime show you could enjoy.
Why did they wear jock straps on their head?
I wouldn't say it was the worst ever but it was pretty bad. The mix was terrible. You couldn't understand anything he said. And what's with a bunch of people jumping around with jock straps on their heads?
I have to agree, worst I've ever seen. Ick. I couldn't detect any melody at all. Yes, I'm old!!!!
Your parents likely felt the same about your music. It's a rite of passage into middle/old age, hating the music of the younger generation.Sorry, the two Boomers on Zoom are absolutely correct. Today's music sucks, and this halftime show was the worst in Super Bowl history by far.
Thank goodness we didn't have to endure seeing a couple sexy women showing too much skin on stage this year though! *clutches tightly to pearls*
It seemed like most people I was watching the game with on zoom enjoyed the halftime show, besides two boomers with the musical taste of a moldy onion, who both constantly post on Facebook about how dumb the younger generation is, and how stupid and lazy we are, so that’s to be expected.
I personally thought The Weeknd’s show was underwhelming, not because of his vocal performance, which was great per the usual, but because the audio mixing was awful, and the camerawork was weird. The songs flowed oddly, too.
Besides that I thought it was an interesting show and I appreciate the attempt at something different.
Actually my Mom like Rock and Pop, my Dad more Country. I prefer Rock myself, but ok with some Pop and Country too.Your parents likely felt the same about your music. It's a rite of passage into middle/old age, hating the music of the younger generation.
I'm one of the moldy onions, and I thought it was fine. The audio mix was obviously a problem, and I don't think he's a particularly dynamic performer, but I thought the production was original and interesting and it moved along well. It held my attention, which I can't usually say about a halftime show.It seemed like most people I was watching the game with on zoom enjoyed the halftime show, besides two boomers with the musical taste of a moldy onion, who both constantly post on Facebook about how dumb the younger generation is, and how stupid and lazy we are, so that’s to be expected.
