NFL Kickoff -- Colts - 41 vs. Saints - 10

True...but then again they are.
they have been and possibly still are but one game is not represenattive of the whole and furthermore its tiring like a broken record by now. bah, guess fans of afc teams felt the same way when the nfc dominated.

still i was suprised the saints gave up some easy scores (home ruins if you will). harrison is great, but there was some BAD coverage on deep routes.

They could do no wrong that night. It's time we start making some folks look average.

word up!!

Guess the "Saints to the Super Bowl" bandwagons are gonna come to a screeching halt.

Putting up 3 points offensively against an average/above-average defense.. ouch.

Defensively.. ouch. And I thought our Corner situation was bad...
yeah, its no picnic on their message board right now

Saints offensive playcalling was absolutely horrific. Why didn't they pound b/w the tackles with Deuce? Even a moron would have seen that.

Hello !! i have been thinking that all night, the bush hype needs to calm down. until he gets more experience, duece is the workhorse to ride.

Watch the prediction video with Skip Bayless and Stephen A Smith. Hilarious, after the fact.

Skip: "I KNOW the Saints are better on defense! They just signed JASON DAVIS who is replacing a guy who got burned last year! The Saints are simply BETTER than the Colts, who have gotten worse on both offense and defense!"
:lmao2::laugh2::lmao:

The Saints have had a knack of hiring bad coaches. After Haslett's first season in '00, they, including myself, LOVED him.

Parcells once upon a time ago called Payton a "virus"-I see why after this game(and after the Bears last year).

At least Haslett would have run it with Deuce. In '02, they beat the Tampa 2 TWICE by pouding Deuce.

last year when i was waiting to see the great Bush, i saw duece dragging players to the first down marker again and again. how many 3rd downs did that man convert out of sheer determination and leg strength. i was very impressed. so i expected more of the same, but Bush was the focal point tonight, and did you notice he stalled a few drives on 3rd and 4 or less. Brees would have had more opportunities had the duece been crushing the middle of the colt defense.

Bush is an athlete, let him develop. But deuce is just a player. cant let him sit out too much.

Remember NBA's Darko(that Eastern European player a couple of years ago that was highly touted, had "bust" written all over him, but nonetheless was going high in the draft nonetheless?)-and then was drafted by Detroit, and was just that?

Yeah-Bush gave me that vibe going into the draft. I thought he would develop, but other than making tacklers miss in the backfield, I've yet to see anything.

well, i think he can be a special player, but lets not forget that deuce is prolly a top 5 RB in the league if he gets 20-25 carries a game.

this loss goes on the coaching staff

On NFLN, Peyton denied picking on Jason David. :D

Deion said when you go to another team, and you can have some confidence in knowing Reggie Wayne and Marvin Harrison. But they also know you too. lol

I dunno if Manning was picking on him; probably just throwing to the open reciever. It just so happens Davids' man was always open.
