Brian Schottenheimer was his OC HERE in Dallas, he is a Head Coach here in Dallas! And yes, some offensive coordinators have to leave the current team to get their opportunity elsewhere because they have/had a stable Head Coach. I don't think anyone would have been surprised had Kellen Moore got the job here in Dallas either during MM's tenure or after.

1 is already a HC, the other is in the Super Bowl and is about to be a Head Coach, and Scott... well he was washed before Dak got here.

My comment was in reply to a poster saying Dak was an "OC Killer". Just because he isn't an "OC killer" doesn't mean I'm some Dak super fan.

To say that Kellen Moore and/or BS couldn't get Dak to play "top notch" is just factually incorrect. Dak played at a very high level under both OCs, so much so that he was second in MVP voting under BS and had a top 10 offense 3 of the 4 years under Moore.
