Of course, we would all prefer to win the division but if all we can do is get a wild card seed then the 5th seed isn't a bad way to start the playoffs. We can beat whoever wins the South.

My expectation was 1st get to playoffs, once there the expectation increase and to make it to the NFC Championship game, and lastly SB 1 of those 3 things have happened, as a fan all I can do is root for this team to get it done. This team is not getting it done. I watch because I’m a lifetime fan. Whining to you…telling the truth to me. Jerry loves you and yours. Y’all play a part in what’s wrong with this franchise. You just can’t see it.

I have been a fan since 1968, you want to give up on them fine, that is on you. I don't care one way or another about who you pull for. I'm no fair weather fan who pulls for them only in good times. Cowboys are in post season and they have a chance, what they do with that chance we will see. I'm what is wrong with the team? I make no decisions I have zero say in anything this team does. I pull for this team that is all. You on the other hand whine as if Jerry is going to cater to you? lol You say you're a lifelong fan? I guess Jerry loves you as well. lol

Easiest schedule doesn't matter, WINS matter. And we played 5 plus teams in the playoffs or the hunt

But didnt you know that Dak sucks, Moore sucks, and the defense sucks, WR's sucks, Shultz sucks, how did we do it?

So I take it you are quite confident we will win in round 1 of the playoffs then if we had to play the Bucs or the 49'rs

Everyone says we clinched when the swamp lost. I disagree. I think we clinched when Seattle lost on Thursday.

I haven't seen any evidence of a scenario that would contradict that.

I think you're right because it gave Seattle a conference loss. In the unlikely event it comes down to a 3 way tie for the last playoff spot between Dallas, Detroit, and Seattle, Dallas would win. Detroit lost to both Dallas and Seattle, so they'd be eliminated. Dallas would have a better conference record than Seattle.

They seem to be sucking at the wrong time vs the wrong teams….lol.
If we can win or keep this Philly game within one score, it will be a step in the right direction.

When it’s been so many years since we’ve made the playoffs two years in a row, I’ll take breaking that trend any way we can. In my opinion, we weren’t going to catch the Eagles even if we had beaten the Jags. They have a great team, balanced, and made great additions in the off-season and now in season. Doesn’t mean we can’t have a very good postseason. The better roster doesn’t always win, as we all know personally.
