I know that Romo is confident. What I like is that the team is confident with his health. Not drafting a QB is a clearer signal than Witten praising his arm

It's gonna be so funny in 2 or 3 years when Romo retires to see the Romo lovers stab a knife in His back when he walks out of the door with only 1 playoff win on his resume.

They'll move on to the next guy so fast with open arms and forget all about Romo. It's gonna be hilarious to see.

You're not a very nice person, are you.

What is going to be funny is watching this team try to replace Romo in 2 or 3 years

Good luck Tony. Your overall health and football success I'm afraid will depend on some measure of it for years to come.

As a side note, while I completely disagree with the reasons Moe, Larry and Curly have given for not selecting JF, I agree the right decision was made.

I know the faithful simply LOVE the show of Romo confidence, but what's he supposed to say? "Whew, I was sweating and praying they couldn't draft that Manziel character in here. My playing days surely would have been over, for even I am struck by the greatness of Johnny Football." :)

What QB does succeed in Cleveland?

The Browns are a QB career-killer organization . Manziel's chances if succeeding there are slim to none. I hate to see it because he is talented and it will all be wasted. It is like they have a voodoo curse on the QB position in Cleveland.

I really don't know if you can draft a quarterback like Manziel with a quarterback like Romo on your roster.
People point to Aaron Rodgers and Brett Favre, but Rodgers didn't come in with nearly the hype as Johnny did so he was able to sit a few years. Besides, I don't know if the restraints of the cap were as bad back then as it is today (salary inflation being what it is today).
I simply don't think you can have two multi-million dollar quarterbacks on your roster unless you're going to move one in the foreseeable future.

It is easy to have his attitude when he knows that he will never have a threat to his job.

fortunately, Romo is intelligent enough to not believe such nonsense and knows first hand an undrafted guy can provide competition in this league.
