My question had no premise other than the notion that we are talking about domestic violence incidents and not, for example, testing positive for a banned substance.
You refuse to intelligently articulate your position so I honestly don't know what our disagreement is. I am of the opinion that the league should be able to punish players (like Ray Rice) even if they were never found guilty in a court of law.
