There are no Cowboys haters per say, although I have my doubts about a few, but there are player, coach and FO haters out the gazoo.
I believe there is a consistent trend among haters in the fan base.

It's not difficult to find a hater of anyone in the organization who is perceived as being in the way of the fans' SuperBowl dreams.

We are talking about billionaire owners and multi millionaire players. If they don't have and don't get it is because of their greed, ignorance, priorities, or lack of values. No

As I said before, lacking A+ things in Kansas City has not stop Super Bowls and the 1970's,1980's, and 1990's Cowboys won at Texas Stadium and did not move team HQ until 1983 to Valley Ranch from a small office building at 4425 Central Expressway. It did not stop the real Dallas Cowboys for winning 20 years in a row, 19 years with 18 playoff appearances, 18 Championship Games, 8 Super Bowls and 5 Super Bowl Championships.

So facilities don't mean a thing in football. Winning, playing for championships, and winning championships is what football is about. That is what sports history is going to record.

Facilities don't mean a thing?

They can mean a ton to unrestricted free agents. Only a handful of teams are going to attract players because they are perennial contenders. But players will be unlikely to make sacrifices to go to teams that may not be playoff contenders if they have crap facilities. Who is going to sign with a team if you see rats in the locker room on your visit? Or if they hear how crappy the team treats families?

The Cowboys got players to come to Dallas because the Dallas Cowboys won Super Bowls (1970-1995). The Arlington Jonesboys win best Country Club facility. That is not Football.

What valuable UFA have the Jonesboys attracted with their Country Club facility the last 27 years and recently?

That's not football. You are correct. What it is though is common decency. You feed the players. You provide and supervise their nutritional supplements. You make a comfortable space for their families.

That is just being a good employer. Why on earth would the team invest tons of money in players and not have a top-notch facility for them?

The answer is I paid you a 4 year $160M contract so you need to provide comfortable space for your family. These are not minimum wage workers. They monetarily do not need day care facilities, food courts, break lounges with the latest Madden. Give those things to the real front line workers you see everyday.

All teams have Doctors, training facilities, Medical/Trainer rooms, weight rooms, and practice fields. How elaborate it is, to me, is irrelevant in playing the game. As I said, Jonesboys have had 27 years with the best and what has it got them and their fans.

Go back to those Bill Bates days doing chin ups monkey bars. Go back to that old weight room, a bench, a long bar, iron and a will to be the best...

So you are saying billionaire owners should make the players pay for luxury boxes so their families can be safe and comfortable? Yeah, if I made a huge investment, I'd want them hating that they signed with my team. Smart. I'm guessing you have at least an MBA because your business acumen is coming through hard.

And please. These are not frontline workers. Of course, folks like you cry about increasing minimum wage and things for those folks so you don't get to hold them up as a standard.

Stop with the Bill Bates stuff, Grandad.

Go buy a NFL team to not make a NFC Championship game for 27 years, go 5-11 three years in a row, another 5-11 season, 8-8 three years in a row, add 3 - 6-10 seasons, a 4-12 season, and have only 1 back to back winning season with playoff appearance the last 25 years.

No NFL player or his immediate family is suffering because of NFL owners are not spending money on team facilities or not giving luxury suits to families. The owner you are glorifying (Jerry Dumbo GM Jones) took away the suite from Tom Landry's wife and son.

So go support front line workers that can't afford day care, no access to pre-K, and work in many substandard work conditions and standards. Treat others the way you want to be treated is the only thing I would agree with at face value. However, NFL players and their families are not suffering from NFL owner's team facilities, and no luxury suites.

Get real my SNOTTY NOSE GRANDCHILD.

they rank #1 in no expectations from the players, they're family to the old fart.
