NFL's hardest hitter per NFL Live

right...

Even I, a Commanders fan, am not homerish enough to call Sean Taylor(who clearly is better than RW) the best safety in the league. 2 years ago(when that incident occured) Ed Reed and Brian Dawkins were the best safetys in the league.

Yes, clearly better. That's why Taylor went to the ProBowl and Roy watched on TV. That's why Taylor is all-pro.....

It's so clear.

Let's have an English lesson ok.

You see there are facts.....and there are opinions.

Facts are statements that can be proven.

Opinions are statements that cannot be proven, but are based on feelings.

You cannot use opinions as facts.

LOL, totally sorry, dude. It's just - when I hear something so clever - so freaking original - it's hard to contain the excitement. I get carried away. What can I say?
There's no reason to apologize. I was just concerned for your well being. Just relax. Its only the internet.

I already told you, other players do do this but not to the extent that RW does it. I remember reading somewhere(I will try and find the link) that RW said that even if they make the horse collar tackle illegal, he'll still continue to do it.

Darrell Green using the horsecollar three times is about the same number of times I've seen Roy horsecollar.

They dont use it on a regular basis because it is a dirty play. RW seems to do it just to hurt people.

Roy doesn't use it on a regular basis, in fact, I don't recall him using it at all last year, and he rated a 97 as a safety, became the 1st dBack in the last 5 years to record 2 INTs, 2 sacks and 3 FF, I think that's it, adam, and went to the Pro Bowl, Roy doesn't need the horse-collar tackle, and doesn't use it to hurt people, the name of the game on D is to take down the opponent at all costs, if that draws a fine, but stops a TD, then I dont' care, and neither does 99.9% of the players in this league, get over it

Taylor would lay more devastating wood, if THIS didn't happen.

I can't believe Jackson wasn't fined for that. Definitely helmet-to-helmet contact there.

I already did. I cant do nothing about you denying the facts.

What did you do? What facts? Just cause you claim something doesn't mean its a fact. But please do yourself a favor and just leave. You aren't proving anything the way you are going. Go get with some buddies from ES until you can come up with something else.

Ok....again....let's pretend that you provided ONE play.

I'll give it to you just for fun.

You still can't prove that he's a dirty player with one hit.

End of story.

I'm curious to know your take on Sean Taylor spitting in someone's face.

Isn't that dirty?

What Sean Taylor did was extremely stupid especially considering how much he means to the team and the fact that it was in a close game in the playoffs. I dont consider that dirty though. To me a dirty player tries to cheat in any which way he can to gain an advantage. Taylor did that because he is young and stupid not because he was trying to gain an advantage.

Pretty Impressive video.

Check out the horse-collar tackles at 0:38, 3:28-3:40, taking Moss down around the neck at 4:15, some beautiful PI on Randy moss around 5:00, dragging him down by the jersey.

There's some great late hits, too. Even though no flags were thrown, I know what his intent was, well, because, I do.

And that's just in the highlight video.

Sean Taylor - fierce competitor - or dirty player?

You guys make the call.

stats, honors, anything to backup that statement?

Now he'll bring out his "opinion" stat book and his "opinion" facts.

hey spazzmode, you have that vid of Roy, but go to your Boy ST's highlight reel you little freakskins have, and you'll see ST grabbing Julius Jones' facemask

too bad Julius broke the tackle and didnt' give ST the chance to pull down on his facemask though

I try. I really do.

But Skin trolls are so damn witty, original, and funny.

Let me get this straight. A skins fan is on a Cowboys board talking about RW being a dirty player.

Sean Taylor to date:

1. Fired two of his agents already
2. Tried to get a new contract only a year after his first contract
3. Walked out of the NFL rookie symposium early
4. Arrested for a DUI
5. Failed to return Coach Gibbs phone calls
6. Did not show up for a Commanders mini-camp
7. Arrested for Armed Assault
8. Spit on a players face

Did I miss anything??? I am sure Sean Taylor is really a classy guy.

Yeah, before you start throwing stones at RW take a loot at at Sean Taylor first.

Someone stop this guy - he's on a roll.

Straight out of '96. Play on, playa.

This reminds me of my golf outing today.

There was a hole on 18 that has a lake. My tee shot landed about 75 yards from the lake. The green was about 125 yards behind the lake. Now, I'm not a great golfer, so I need my five wood to hit about 200 yards.

I lined up and "SPLASH!"....right in the lake.

Usually, I have no problems hitting over this lake, so I drop a ball in the same spot...."SPLASH!"

Not wanting to have the lake beat me, I place another ball......"SPLASH!"

My point is.....I just didn't know when to cut my losses and admit defeat. This young whippersnapper is now so deep into it, that he just can't walk away.

I'll give that to him.

BTW....I finally just took out a PW and hit over.....I think I took a 10 on the hole.....ruined my day.

Stop getting off the subject. Newton and Irvin isn't apart of this conversation. It's RW and Taylor. You still aren't helping yourself...Stop stalling.
