Fair enough, but I'm sure there are many on the Zone who would argue that Scandrick is a top 10 corner. I think he's close to that.

Scandrick is not a top 10 overall CB in the NFL.

There is a strong argument that Scandrick is a top 2-3 slot CB, however, a top 10 overall CB he is not.

It's not an accident the Cowboys almost never match him up with big tall elite opposing WRs (think Calvin Johnson, Jordy Nelson, Julio Jones), etc -- that is almost always left to Carr because, if nothing else, Carr has size.

If am ranking a list of the top 10 CBs in the league, I am ranking the guys who can shut down the top WR1s in the league.

Buffalos defense made Rogers look pedestrian last year. With Ryan at the helm it's going to be scary good. Hopefully we've wrapped home field advatage by the time we play them in December. ;)

yeah them and the jets will have a very good defense, and that is why they are up high in this.
Neither team has a QB yet, so that is the thing holding these teams back. Bryce petty may wind up playing later in the season for jets.
Or they may give him the job early on.
I wonder if dallas should have taken him?

If you actually read the article, it states that these are his rankings minus the QB. The ranks seem pretty spot-on for the most part.

apparently expecting you to read the first frigging paragraph is just out of the question

The recent emphasis on the quarterback position has led many to believe the presence of a franchise signal-caller is the only thing that matters when it comes to building a championship team in today's game. While it certainly is easier to make a run at the brass ring with one of the NFL's elite quarterbacks on your roster, the overwhelming majority of championship teams feature lineups that are chock-full of blue-chip players who don't play the game's most important position.

From someone who rushes to insult first, just a comment should be appreciated. I don't know how many years you have clamored that both socially redeemable features as well as a small amount of intellectual insight are both void in my person.

Naw, it is easier for you to assume high ground and miss the boat on disagreement being a sporting venue's life. Much less a solid one liner being shown as well. Not everyone likes to sit back and measure individual grandeur in their own scale of appreciation for accomplishment in sport.

For the record, your 'preferred' insights never describe the human struggle in sacrifice and exciteable terms of over coming. You are too busy highlighting a direction of insult...go figure your grandeurs.

As to hen pecking, where's your comments on just who it is expected to lead this team any ways. Romo at the top...or bottom of that list?

I've posted quite a few article in the past three weeks, on just who should be having a window of observation by Cowboy fans. And after this off season, that group has exploded in numbers. For the record here...
