The Stars absolutely suck. There's no more excuses. I'm tired of us losing when we have the best player in the NHL right now on our team. Some change needs to be made. Demers trade ain't cutting it.

They have 0 two-way depth after that first line...and they're defense is still pretty questionable.

I hate to keep harping on it, but Spezza and Hemsky are a combined -20. That's your 2nd liners - or at least projected anyways I don't watch the Stars enough to know where they play - and that's why they're losing games. They were absolutely the wrong guys for them to sign in the offseason, and now they're committed to Spezza long term.

What they lacked in scoring depth last year they made up for with effort and a two-way game from their forwards. The Spezza signing kills that.
