Spagnola was the absolute worst. Still probably is but I never hear him anymore. When 1310 The Ticket was the home of the Cowboys, his little segments with the shows were called The Ranch Reports. Even during the three straight 5-11 debacles, everything Dallas/Jerry did was great. Every season was full of great players.
Mickey now does this on the Fan. David Moore does the Ranch report on the Ticket.

Exactly. The Cowboys, at times, overvalue their own talent, so what's the difference between doing it in-house and in free agency?
There is no difference to a rational human being. In fact, I would argue that keeping your own talent at any expense can lead to a cycle of losing and complacency.

Honestly, this whole drama is nauseating. Why does anyone actually care? Who gives a **** what Jerry says? Or Shannon Sharpe or Jeff Saturday or Stephen A. So Jerry wakes up in a bad mood. Knowing what was coming from the media. Pissed off because everything that could go wrong, has went wrong. And probably hoping against hope he would get an easy ride on his radio bit, only to get asked the questions he knew he was going to get asked. He lost his **** and took it out on the wrong guys with the whole world listening. Just everyone get over it already. The only thing this debacle has accomplished, it is has diverted everyone's attention from the embarrassment of the Lions game and this whole season.

We suck. We knew we were gonna suck. And everyone is in a bad mood because of it. Guess what? We will still suck after this blows over.
Jerry was wrong. He will continue to do the show or wont. Who cares either way. Has he ever said anything noteworthy on radio?
