Good deal! I was out of work for 6 months, due to rotator cuff surgery. It's amazing how much you want to get back to being active, and even back to work after being out that long. lol

How did you screw up your rotator?

I was pulling strap off one of the reels on my truck, and going fast when the lock flipped over mid swing. My arm just stopped dead. It hurt for about half an hour, then felt okay. Two days later I couldn't lift my arm more than a foot, but by then it was too late to tell my boss I did it at work. lol
