By the time late round developmental guys become good, they are free agents and want more money than you want to give them.

Yet another problem with the draft only philosophy. Even when you get it right the reward is minimal.

Good. We can’t afford what DW will want and LVE’s price will probably come down.

So what's the big move then? Bring back Sean Lee and sign Earl Thomas?
Wagner, OBJ, and TBD..

we can start there but look at the possible cap casualty's being cut soon. Lots to choose from, no truly big over to top trades need to be made. players will be released and brought to many new teams.

I like wilson but he shouldn't be getting top 5 safety money so I'm good with moving on. Would've offered him the same contract Kearse got

Both guys want to test FA. I think at least one will re-sign. Probably LVE. I see DW getting a big offer elsewhere.
