No/or little fire in our coaching staff

Can't remember seeing Wade or Garrett go off on Romo once tonight. Are they afraid to? Would it help? I think it's time to get back to somebody who can show some emotion....Jimmy Johnson did it. Is it time to bring somebody like Cowher or Shanahan in? I don't think they'd have a problem getting their points across. Losing like this su*ks! Unfortunately this is the norm for as long as I can remember.

where is the fire and heart in the players? i see teams banged up with injuries all the time plug in backups and continue to give everything they got. not with this team. they seem content with the big pay checks they don't deserve and making a joke out of this teams former winning culture.

I never said it would but what has being too soft fixed? Jimmy and Landry were tough and that reflected in the way our team played. I am old enough to remember both eras...

We need accountability, pride, good coaching, fundamentals, tenacity, leadership, heart, good talent evaluation, player development and a virtually flawless understanding of situational football

In this day and age, you can win a lot of games with these basics WITHOUT any yelling and screaming

And 3/4 of the coaches listed in your post lost their most recently coached game; the results speak for themselves: those coaches are dummies.

You know what. Our coaches do a hell of a job! They run around like mad men kicking and screaming to motivate the team and make them better. If the Giants didn't kick that last field goal everyone would be saying what a great job the coaches are doing. Pfft.

Thats why I cant stand Garrett. You can see him snuggling with Romo after a bad decision like its okay he made an errant throw. Garrett shows no emotion and thats why he would be a horrible coach in Dallas. Maybe a good Princeton Head Football coach but not coach of the cowboys.
