As long as he stays above a 90.0 rating this season, Romo will become just the 11th quarterback to even have four 90-plus seasons TOTAL (min. 300 attempts in a season).

MOST SEASONS, 300-PLUS ATTEMPTS, 90-PLUS PASSER RATING

9 Brett Favre
9 Peyton Manning
7 Steve Young
5 Joe Montana
5 Kurt Warner
4 Tony Romo
4 Tom Brady
4 Drew Brees
4 Jeff Garcia
4 Trent Green
4 Ken Anderson

Romo is not just good. He is greatness.

Its unbelievable that some fans doubted or even slammed the guy. Some of it, I have no doubt, is because of Mr. TOxic and his ability to turn people against both our fine coordinator and our fine QB.

If Romo used his feet just a little more when his first reads are covered he would be even more dangerous. Just the hint that he might run will freeze a defense for a split second and give him an opportunity to look downfield. Also..JG...how about playing to your QBs strength and moving the pocket with some roll outs!!!! And last thing that this game showed...when we run the ball effectively, Romo can carve up a defense with play action passing!!!!

Give Romo a little more time to throw and an upgrade over RW at WR and BOOM.

Most fans get theri Cowboy info from our festering local sport writers. They think Romo is terrible because that is how he is portrayed.

Garbage in, garbage out.

I wouldn't call Romo great, but I'd call him really darn good. To put it in Romo's words, "We're lucky to have him." A lot of fans have no clue just how awful this team would be without him.

It is ashame that Romo has been called out as often as he has. The guy is one of the better QB in the NFL and we are really lucky to have him. He is going to have bad days they all do even Brees as we saw last night will have less than great games but when you look at the entire picture Romo is one of the better QB's.

At some point everyone will appreciate the gem we have at quarterback. It sure does take a long time to convince some folks, but those who don't finally see the light are not true fans anyway. Yeah, I said it. Haters are not fans. Keep it going, Romo.

I am amazed how Romo's feats are mentioned as an afterthought. Since he has reduced his turnovers, he has become a force to be reckoned with. He is still relatively young and I have seen improvement since he first took snaps as a starter. When Romo becomes a finished product he will go down as one of the legends of the game. Unfortunately, some stupid fans probably won't appreciate his greatness until he is gone.

My autographed portrait sits on the mantle every game....Romo is the heart and leader of this team. When he scrambled last night in the fourth quater for the first with about 5 minutes left, they showed a clip of our defensive players cheering him on like some crazy, and the same with Austin later on the Saints last drive...this team is united.

Good observation.

Also, that play when Marion feel asleep was classic Romo too. The kid is really amazing and it is disgusting that the local press only care to find dirt, instead of doing detailed, fair, and balanced coverage.

Agreed. RW is simply not impressive for the cash cow he is.

Tony is Houdini at times. Gotta love a kid from no where.

You used the Roethlisberger Filter there. Niiiice. And quite valid, of course. Ben should get royalties for that.

Romo is finding the balance between the old run around Romo and the pocket Romo which is a scary thought for the rest of the NFL.

Dandy Don had days that were horrid, Staubach had at least one awful game a year, Danny Whit was brilliant but sometimes lousy, Aikman had rally bad games, even Pelleur and Carter were off some games.

You always have a chance to win with Romo at QB. Love the guy. He got off to a really rough start this year and then the lights came on.
