That stat amazed me. Detroit does not exactly have a top line; Backus sucked up to this game. yet we got no sacks. Just another bizarre stat for a very strange game.

We had a lot of pressures and when we got really close, there was always a RB standing a little bit away and Stafford could throw it away at his feet.

Was very frustrating.

They committed to max protecting Stafford until late in the quarter when they were down big, then they tried to spread us out. The fact that we couldn't get to him was by design on their part.

I was surprised we ended up with zero, but there wasn't much pressure when we needed it.

That's what I've been saying, everyone is on Romo, and rightfully so, but where was that timely sack from Ratliffe or Ware, the strip from Spencer? A fumble recovery or interception to turn the tide? That's right there isn't one!

That's the problem with this team, everything is on the QB. If he plays well, and we win, great, but if Tony makes mistakes like he did Sunday, no one is there to make a play to turn things around. We have no Ed Reed on this team.

What are you talking about? We had a strip-sack to preserve the win last week, we had a huge interception (nearly a pick-6) against the Jets to go up by two TDs, we've blocked a field goal. We've had plenty of big plays, both good and bad. We've won as a team and been beaten as a team. This idea that it's all on one player either way is absurd.

I think the defense is playing such different games than they used to...

The pressure is there...and if no sack, it creates mistakes that the satiety can make, or a corner. Confusion....! ;)

Now, the offense?

Get rid of Rowdy...?

Hell, I don;t know...

;)

Stafford did a good job of throwing the ball away. There were few times I thought he should have been called for intentional grounding(ball not getting past the LOS) though.

I think I saw that also...a few times. But, he got away with it.

He's a good QB...and the Lions won.

Blocked kicks, strip sacks, near the top of the league in sacks and pressures. What on earth are you looking for?

Dude it's not NFL Blitz out there. It's real life.

Okay, let's be fair about the block kick. The Cowboys lucked out on that one, the snap was botched and the kick didn't have a prayer after that.

And, that's special teams, not defense.

The Cowboys as a team looks very promising. Anyone giving up on this season should leave the board immediately. There have been plenty of positives, and also negatives of course. People looking for perfection need help.

Man I wish we had Clay Matthews, I was watching the Green Bay vs. Denver game and it was like 100-7 and Matthews was just freaking unblockable.

Dude was playing like they were in OT or something, just amazing. Denver was trying to double team him and chip him with a back and with 3 guys trying to block him he just blew that $%#@ up!!!!!

I love Demarcus Ware, but he cant hold Matthews jock.

Edit........Dude looks like he is all roided up also, not saying he is juicing, just looks too ripped and just moving faster than everybody else.

Dude, if you have NFL Rewind go watch the game. Clay was a freaking monster out there.

I am not saying Ware sucks or anything, just that I have never seen Ware just totally dominate a game like Clay does.

Of course, the Broncos were down by like 7 TDs so it could be they just didnt give a #$%^.

He had no sacks, and only 2 tackles that game.
Through 4 games he has only 1 sack and Ware has 5
