I doubt the owner is going to be driving the bus. The only person to make a judgement is the driver who's there all day.

Thats why they define rules. It's how refs call fouls, penalties, etc and teachers send kids home based on how short their skirts or shorts are, etc. The bus drivers would only be refs in this sense to make the judgement call based on what the rules are.

Fist fight? I guess that depends if the person being asked to pull up his pants were to start a fight. The bus has rules about playing loud music on the bus what happens if that guy gets upset and gets into a fight? What is ridicules is this notion that we can do whatever we want and that is not the case and never has been.

Or it depends on how much effort someone thinks this is. If the person refuses to get off the bus, what takes place then? The driver getting physical about it or wastes our resources having officers report to a scene for baggy pants? Either way it's a wasted effort. You can't shut out music and it does infringe on the rights of others to talk and hear. Baggy pants does nothing like that.

Simple, you ask him to leave if he choose not to then you use this thing called a radio and communicate to the metro police that you have a situations. Kind of how this works, Bus driver is not going to go on the attack there is no need for him to do that.

Metro police work for the transit department it is their job. Bus driver is not going to put himself in danger or that of his passengers that is why they have the metro police.
