Tell that to Tim Tebow.
The media ran him out of the league (his lack of skills also played a part - same as Kaepernick), and all he did was try to be a good person and play football.
I'll say it again. It's only June. He'll find a taker eventually.
Yes. People saying Seattle chose Austin Davis over Kap as if it was all even are missing the bigger picture on what teams wish to invest on a backup. His price has to dip more.
Kap is a mediocre QB. It's true he could probably start for some teams but it isn't because he's any good. It's because the other QB is worse. Kap can't lead a team to a title. The guy has regressed a lot since that SB year and the league caught up with him. I'll say it again, he isn't worth the controversy.
He was declining even when they were there. He was declining the year after the SB.Yeah the front 7 and OL quitting or leaving had nothing to do with the diminished returns.
Yes...Caroll said as much. Certainly, money was a factor.Yes. People saying Seattle chose Austin Davis over Kap as if it was all even are missing the bigger picture on what teams wish to invest on a backup.
It was Austin Davis plus saving many millions vs Kap, not just said Davis vs Kap.
He was declining even when they were there. He was declining the year after the SB.
