In the GB playoff game..

Yes.

Just like he did in the Seattle playoff..

Just like he did in the Minnesota playoff game..

It's his mantra.

The pressure gets to him and he freezes

I don't know why I am responding you guys that do this stuff do it on purpose. you know the deal with the gb game and are just being foolish.

in the seattle game he led the offense down the field on a game winning drive or what should have been. They went to replay and changed wittens first down catch to short by like an inch and we kicked. They used a wet ball and romo dropped it. You are beyond foolish if this is considered choking.

the Minnesota playoff game the defense got us behind by one of the worst plays I have ever seen when sensebaugh had no idea what was going on. From that point they pinned their ears back. We couldn't handle that pass rush nor could anyone else in that building as they went 9-0 at home that year.

Try watching the game. I mean he completed a 4th down against Detroit with the game on the line in the fourth quarter and then threw a game winning td two plays later.

again though I get it, you guys know the fact but choose this nonsense.

The Packers are beatable, far from a juggernaut but we have a lousy history at Lambeau and Rodgers has been hard to beat at home so it's expected no one thinks we can win there. The key to beating them is pressuring Rodgers and if we don't do that he'll shred us.

It was a beautiful pass to Dez. The mistake was probably going for it all on 4th and 2 when he could have dumped it off underneath and lived for another play, while running more time off the clock on a final drive.

That's this deeper passing game we're missing without Romo which also carries with it more risk.

But let's assume Dez does come down with it which is my bigger issue on the play . Dez on a 4th down needs to ensure he does come down with it instead of extending to the goal line.

Regardless even if we score there I had no faith we'd stop Rodgers on the ensuing possession.

Packers were the better team IMO and gave away the championship to Seattle . If you go back to the Detroit game we had a favorable call which probably won that game for us.

No way you can pin this game on Romo especially saying he choked it away. Apparently you don't remember the Murray fumble, or the non catch, or how a defense couldn't get pressure on a one legged man...

Choice is possible but logic dictates that some may believe certain things if you observe them repeat the same thing continuously without fail.

Like many sports fans, I like taking in a game in person and sitting in the stands with fellow fans. Thing is, you hear what everyone around you is discussing about what they see happening on the field. It's been my experience that most discussion centers on the quarterback when comments are made about the offense.

In my opinion, a significant number of observers' focus doesn't waver or account for anything happening on the field outside of what they see (or think they see) several feet surrounding the quarterback. Of course, other factors can influence how well a quarterback performs and completes any given play that occur outside what they see the quarterback doing.

Reading or listening to illogical statements can be frustrating (or worse) but the reasoning behind them may be something as simple as tunnelvision. It could explain why some stances are so steadfast and intractable about quarterbacks in general.

Romo is not going to get booed off the field, where is that coming from? He was shown on the video board sunday and the crowd cheered.
Never, never, never, never underestimate fan stupidity.

well its about understanding the game and the league. if you just measure people by super bowls almost no one will make the cut.

I get the feeling you are the kind of guy that boo'd aikman and emmitt in his return in 03 so I am done with this.

Why would you cheer for Emmitt when he was playing for the Cardinals?

I'm not attacking Romo the man..

that guy I like a lot.

But Romo the QB..

not so much.

I won't go into the poor playoff performances..

he did beat Detroit in the playoffs..

but it took a non-penlty for pass interference on us to give him that win..

The rest of his legacy against the best QBs in the most demanding circumstances..

leaves a lot to be desired.

If you are satisfied..great.

But I don't agree.

So let's shake hands and move on, shall we?

I can't blame Tony for the GB loss. He played good enough for us to win and we should have won. It was his best playoff game.

I'm not fighting just saying you can't say he chocked that game away. The others I will give you but not that game. He played pretty darn good that day.

I understand..

look..

I admit I just have expected more from Tony and he just repeatedly comes up short as our QB.

that's all it is with me and Romo.

And its never personal..

its the football I ask more of from him and in my mind..maybe just my mind..

..Tony should be delivering it for once, but he's down again.

So I have to pull for DAK right now as I want to see what he and the others can do with their success.
