I've been thinking about this all morning and it still makes no sense to me at all. NONE.
It's the kind of short-bus comment that someone should never be able to shed.
Anytime they even attempt to talk football, this should be held up as proof they are clueless.
It's just outer-worldly dumb.

As they are all saying around the country..

no way do we beat them at Lambeau.

So..

does that mean we have nothing to lose..

and we can just pull out all the stops..

and play like a bunch of crazed wolves?

Or does it mean we go in trying not to lose..

and go ultra conservative and hope for it?

How are we playing this game?

And what will be the turning point?

One thing I know for sure..

At least we don'the have to worry about DAK choking against the Packers like Romo has in 2014 and Brett Favre in 2010 when he played Minnesota in the playoffs.

Romo seems to have a mental block when it came to his hero Favre in Green and Gold and now Rodgers, too.

Thoughts.?
Just play the way you have thus far.

I'd like to see the changing of the guard with this team, personally. I think it's time to become the bully and not the bullied. If we want to prove we can become the prize of the NFC, it starts Sunday.

Yea, I've been a critic of Romo in certain situations but to say he choked in that game is not accurate.

Ummmm actually if you look at week 6 picks. CBS, SB nation ect, you will notice that ALOT of peeps are picking the boys to win.

This us against the world narrative is false. The "world " or at least half of it, believes I'm the Cowboys.

Romo is not going to get booed off the field, where is that coming from? He was shown on the video board sunday and the crowd cheered.

I wish I could agree with this completely theebs. But I still remember idiots booing Aikman. Eventually, Romo is going to get booed in Dallas, and it's going to be nauseating.

I do agree with your correction about the current instance, of course.

Tony Romo's a great QB. I wish everybody could both support Dak and appreciate that fact at the same time. The two thoughts actually can coexist in a human head at the same time.

I agree with that no question. It will happen. I have no doubt bubba will be yelling about Romo in the stands here soon. I remember looking around when we played Arizona in 2003 and hearing all these boo's and thinking what in the world is wrong with you people. It will be the same this time.

I know its coming. First incompletion, first int, first time that he is sacked etc...

The odd thing this year is they are coming out as a team with no introductions been then the stadium P.A. is doing full intro's of one side of the ball and its really odd. Sunday they came out as a team and then the national anthem was held up for about 5 minutes while they announced the individual players who were standing on the sideline waiting for the anthem. Odd stuff.

Not nearly as much and we don't look as in disarray .

Is it possible that the Romo offense was basically an offense of Improv at the LOS and we are actually seeing more of the Garrett called offense with Dak?

Based on what you posted, Romo's offense was 3-1 and JG's offense was 1-11 in 2015.

Dak don't care.

They said we stunk.

Yet we're 4-1 and on top of the east.

I think it's a good test for both teams. Teams are struggling to defend our offense because with Dak's ability to throw from the pocket, throw on bootlegs and to occasionally run it creates a powerful combination with our zone blocking and EE at tailback.

I could see this being much like the late 90's Broncos teams. While Elway was no longer a threat to run, he was one of the very best bootleg passers and always strong from the pocket. That created a high powered running offense that could score points quickly while also running out the clock. And it allowed a somewhat suspect defense to look at long stronger than it actually was.

The Packers 3-4 will be interesting in how it defends this because they'll have a little more range with their rushers at the point of attack and can mix things up to make reads difficult for Dak in the pocket.

Defensively, I can see the defense hanging in there with the Packers offense although they'll have to be disciplined to deal with Rodgers' no huddles and his ability keep the play going. But outside of Nelson, I think our DB's can hang with their WR's.

I just believe in taking the fight to the dog. I don't care that we're playing the great Aaron Rogers or whatever, but it's time to ram the ball right down Green Bay's throat.

Rodgers has been quite human this year. In the past, the elixir for a struggling QB was always the Cowboys D. So this game is huge to me in seeing if this D has really turned the corner, or of they get torched for 375 and 4 TDs. I've been very critical of that side of the ball, so I am ready to eat some crow, and ****** I'll like it.

In the GB playoff game..

Yes.

Just like he did in the Seattle playoff..

Just like he did in the Minnesota playoff game..

It's his mantra.

The pressure gets to him and he freezes
Critical fumbling and poor pass blocking are totally ignored.

The guy will never catch a break for mishandling a slick football on a field goal attempt.

Guy throws a perfect deep sideline pass that is dropped but "the pressure gets to him and he freezes."

sigh.
