I wish people would stop using what the Giants did or didn't do against GB to gauge what we will do. NY was on their 3rd consecutive road game and while they had their moments this past year, they were inconsistent at best. And their offense was NOT good this season.

Fact is, the Packers have NOT played well on the road this year, and they have NOT played well against teams with good offenses. Both of those facts do not bode well for them come Sunday.

We haven't lost a home game since week 1 and have one of the best offenses in the league.

Aaron Rodger's reputation is the only reason people aren't saying that we're going to smash them, which we may very well do.

If you count forced fumbles, we were also probably one of the best teams in the league at forcing turnovers the last month (excluding eagles game)

and that's not counting the blatant drops against Eli.

Sacking Aaron Rodgers is job one for our defensive linemen. He has great pocket presence and elusiveness when the pocket breaks down so our guys will have their work cut out for them to actual sack the man.

Say what? It's a statistic that adjusts sack rate based on opponents. It's a better stat than raw sack quantity (doesn't take attempts into account) and a better stat than sack percentage (doesn't take opponents into account).

The OP has nothing to do with the part of your post to which I was responding. You said the last six games we played were against "a bunch of terrible offenses." In reality, they were all at least average at protecting the passer.
It's not better than either of those things here because the OP said - bluntly - "we have the most sacks over the last 6 games of the year."

We did it against a bunch of teams who give up a bunch of sacks. For this argument, it is pretty cut and dry. If you want to get into the debate of whether or not they are "good sacks," then you can use adjusted rate and whatever. But the teams mentioned all gave up a lot of sacks, we did the same thing the rest of the league did in that regard.

The giants couldn't get to him much. Don't think Dallas will be able to either. Their pass rush is better than ours. Going to be a tough game. Rodgers has both legs this time. But we have dak and zeke this time.
They sacked him 5 times.

We better figure out a way to come up with a number of sacks in this game. Pressure isn't enough against Rodgers you have to take him down.

They sacked him 5 times.

Four of those sacks came in the first half which kept the Giants in the game. They could only get to him once in the second and he ended up torching them.

Ok. And Rodgers has been sacked something like twice in forever.

Our pass rush won't generate much against that line.
